Great service and fast response. AC went out during a really hot night on fourth of July weekend and they were still able to come out early morning within an hour of me calling. They replaced the faulty part and got it working within 15 minutes, and explained everything. Been working great since!
Needed to have our A/C system serviced and contacted Hermetic based to their great reviews... and they loved up to it! Javier was kind, friendly and professional from the first phone call. We set an appointment and everything was seamless. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. He also felt very honest and didn't try to sell a bunch of stuff we didn't need just to make some extra $$. We will be using him again in the future and we highly recommend him and his company.

We hired Javier to install new HVAC systems in our duplex. He did a fantastic job! We had used his service to repair one of our AC units a few weeks ago and based upon his quick response and service, decided to ask for a quote on replacing the systems. His quote was very competitive with the others we requested. He was able to complete the work quickly. We highly recommend Hermetic Heating and Air.

The repair guy came on time and found the problem and it was a burn out transformer that burned out and he offered us discount of 200.00 of a 400.00 total cost for service and parts and he even replaced our air filter and checked out our complete system and was very nice and friendly. I’ll be doing more service with this company. I highly recommend this company and the communication is good

We had an excellent experience with Hermetic Heating and Air and give our highest recommendation! Javier was super responsive and diagnosed the issue with our aging A/C system. He gave us several different options to consider for repair or replacement of different portions of our HVAC system vs a complete new system. He gave us the insights we needed to make our choices with no pressure. Once we decided on a new A/C and furnace system he got the unit reserved and lined up his crew for the installation right away. This happened on a Saturday and they got everything installed on Monday in less than a day. This happened during a very hot spell so he even provided a portable A/C unit so we could stay cool over the weekend and be able to sleep comfortably. Javier and his team were very personable and professional with excellent quality of workmanship, worked very quickly, and did thorough clean up. He walked us through all the work they did to remove the old HVAC system and install the new one and gave us the details and support we needed to set up and operate the new wi-fi thermostat. Great customer support, he really went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of and made it all happen quickly!
I had a great experience with this company. My AC stopped blowing cold during the hot month of July and I decided to replace the system as the AC I had was over 17 years old. Javier came by and gave me a quote. He was honest and straightforward and didn’t try to upsell me like other HVAC companies did. I paid for a new AC and furnace and him and his crew were able to install it the next day! And it only took them a couple of hours to get everything up and running. Javier and his team are professional and hard working. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Our AC motor died on a Saturday afternoon when we had an elderly guest staying over. It was 120 degrees out and we were very concerned. Javier immediately answered the phone and was able to replace the motor and a capacitor within 2 hours of our call. Amazing! All the other providers seem to be closed on weekends and ‘booked’. We highly recommend Hermetic!!
Can’t recommend Javier enough! Late Thursday evening our A/C starting blowing warm air. Called at 7am left a message, got a return call 7:20am. Explained what was going on, Javier said “No problem” and he’d be here in about an hour and a half. He texted at 8:15am that he was on his way, and arrived about 10 minutes later. Javier quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote (which I felt was very responsible) and within 15 minutes my A/C was back up and running. Seriously within one hour, and forty minutes..from the time the call was made, until the repair was done! AMAZING!! Everyone knows living out in this desert heat, your air conditioning is a priority, and Javier is the best out there! Thank you, we truly appreciate your amazing work Javier!
On time knowlegabe and extremly proffecinal,answerd all our questions and explaind pros/cons i thank them very much . our system broke down on a thursday and was able find one that day,they installed our nnew system the very next day and it only took them 4hours and cleaned up any and all debre . I highly rerecommend hermati heating and air my go to guys from here on end

Javier a valued professional of Hermetic answered our call for help when our A/C broke down in extremely hot weather. Javier and Hermetic went above and beyond by coming on short notice to service our area, Salton City. Javier explained the different systems and what would work best (a heat pump system) for our particular need. After receiving an initial deposit Javier called and reserved the last 4 ton unit they had in stock. Before they departed our house they left us a portable A/C unit to provide us with some relief until they completed the installation. The following day Javier and his competent helper arrived in the morning at the time he said he would. We had our entire system replaced which we feel was a wise investment given the area we live in. I would without hesitation highly recommend Javier and Hermetic. They are caring, professionals and are very responsive to your contact. Thank you Javier and Hermetic for the outstanding job and service.
Typical Desert emergency. Our Ac went after business hrs. We called Hermetic on a recommendation, and boy did they deliver! Javier answered my call, was really helpful and was at our house within the hr! He walked me through want the issue was, gave a reasonable price for labor and parts. He fixed our issue within 20 min of arriving to our house! To anyone searching for a local, responsive company, Hermetic is the one! Thank you! Our family is grateful for your service!
Last Friday night, with temperatures in the high 90’s, the lights in half our house flickered out. We found the right breakers (in our poorly labeled circuit box) and reset them. Lights and AC fans came back, but no cool air. Panic. Looking at Google maps I found Hermetic Heating and Air Conditioning… less than two miles away. They advertised 24-hour service. What luck! I called – fully expecting a 24-hour answering service – and Javier Hermosillo, the owner, answered. He was here within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem within minutes - compressor failure! Javier explained our options: “Platinum” ($$$), “Gold” ($$), or “Bronze” ($). He showed us his license and insurance documents and offered us a portable AC to get us through the night. Yes please! We made our choice on the spot. To our delight the replacement hardware was available and was installed the next morning and operational by about 11:00 am. Old hardware was removed, and a new (huge) compressor and outside unit was installed. The “clean up” was perfect; even the patio furniture was moved back exactly as it was! We were really impressed with both the speed and the quality of the work. We are glad to have Hermetic and Javier as a neighbor! If we could give him six stars we would.
