I purchased a new furnace and coil from Quality Tech. I got bids from several different companies. Qual Tech provided an excellent bid, much better than their competitors. Great service, on time, excellent technicians, professional installation and instructions. I highly recommend the use of Quality Tech for heating and air conditioning needs.
Highly recommend Qualtech. Received 4 different quotes from different vendors Qualtech was the cheapest which isn’t always the best quality. I took the risk had them install a new furnace/AC and it works amazing. The quality of work and attention to detail was extremely important to the installers. (Abraham and Elijah) I had and additional vent added and the installer went above and beyond to not cut a ton of holes in the drywall. (Which is your responsibility to fix. All 4 quotes were the same drywall is on you.) When you get the quote ask about rebates. (Erika is super helpful so ask questions!) I ended up changing the first quote and got a higher efficiency unit which cost more but the rebates covered it. The office will walk you through the rebate process which is super easy. They also handle the permit. You are required to set up the permit walk through which took at most 20 minutes. I would recommend Qualtech to my family and friends.
Wow! I was incredibly fortunate to find Qualtech to quote and install my Mitsubishi mini split system. Erika, the office manager was incredibly resourceful and reliable throughout the entire process all the way to the rebate. She was a partner from beginning to end. The bidder Daniel, and installers Abraham and Leandro were very professional and worked through the day to get the job done. When we requested some modifications to an third party interface without hesitation they came back and got it right. Antonio and Erie brainstormed until a satisfactory solution was found. Quality work, reliable, and very good value. Trust me, I got 5 different quotes and these guys were the right price.
I was having issues with my furnace not turning on. Omar came out to my home the same day and found a shorted wire to the thermostat! It was a quick and easy fix!
Got a quote of $3200 to remove furnace, clean, and re-seal return and replace supply plenum. Got most of it in writing and partially verbal commit to wipe down the return plenum. Day of work, they finished 3 hours early (while I was in a meeting) and asked my wife to sign a new contract for a different set of work, since the guy on-site felt removing and re-sealing the return was not necessary, but still kept price at $3200. They did really good work, and maybe re-sealing the return wasn't necessary after all, but they did half the work, and definitely over-charged to begin with. Would maybe go with them again but definitely get competing quotes and be sure to get everything in writing and sync with every adult in the house on what should and should not be signed in case they decide to re-scope half way through the job.
my 40 year old furnace was not working. I called Qualtech at 3PM and was given an appointment for the following day. The Tech showed up on time. The office even made a courtesy call to remind me they were on their way. The tech tried several attempts to get the heater working before suggesting the controller board might need replacement. While removing the board the tech noticed a wire was a bit loose. He tightened the wire and re-started the furnace. Fired right up. Super helpful tech and fair price for the service call. I am replacing my furnaces next year during a remodel. I will be calling qualtech to do the work
Great experience during the sales process and installation, but ran into a few problems a month or so after. Still happy with the work and frankly most of these companies are all have good and bad to them. Think you just find one and realize that nothing's perfect.
Just wanted to share with folks that I had a new heat pump/air conditioner (PTAK) installed in my apartment. QualTech was the only company I could find that would install a wall PTAK ….. Most companies want people to spend thousands of dollars and install very elaborate systems, when most folks who live in 700 sq. ft don’t need it! I just wanted to do a “shout out” on a company who understands the needs of retired folks on fixed incomes! Tony and Eddie did a great job swapping out the very old, loud, inefficient, energy sucking A/C and it only took three hours!! They were careful of the surroundings and very efficient. The cost was affordable, it’s energy efficient, AND the government will be sending me a rebate on the PTAK and on the LABOR !! All the particulars on rebates is not available yet as the government just passed the Bill, but it is coming. So I invite all interested to give QualTech Heating & Cooling a call if you have questions about increasing your comfort level as the weather continues to create summer havoc! Also the PTAK is a perfect solution for a cold apartment in winter as it also is a room heater! This company also does very updated, more complicated heating and cooling setups !! I highly recommend considering this company for any of your heating/cooling needs. I really want to send a really BIG THANK YOU to Erika and Daniel who patiently answered all my questions and put my mind a ease in my decision to choose a PTAK. Also want to include the really lovely men, Tony and Eddie, who came to remove the old A/C and install the new PTAK. Everyone was really incredible in their efficiency, caring, and kindness!
We changed our A/C, furnace, ducts and added some air intakes and the service was always professional. We had some issues but they refunded what they did not do and fix a part that wasn't in the ideal place, so I'm glad I found this company where you can rest assured they will take care of every aspect and will not finish until you are happy with the job. My air conditioning went out on one of the hottest days this week. I called and spoke w/Erica. She was so wonderful, professional, and knowledable. She provided me with alot of great options. You are very lucky to have her on your team! Thanks for all your help so much appreciated!!
I have been wanting to get a mini-split A/C for a long time. I got 4 quotes and Qualtech was one of them. What set Qualtech apart: The entire experience was AMAZING, not just their fast service times and very competitive rates, but also the staff and their teams knowledge. Erika manages the office and goes above and beyond EVERY single time. She explained everything to me and was probably the No.1 reason I went with Qualtech. I got a cassette installed on the ceiling and it works perfectly for my house. The unit did have some issues at first (manufacturers issues, I got a Mitsubishi) but everyone including Elijah and Omar were so professional and reliable that I would not hesitate to use Qualtech AND recommend them again. I would honestly give them 6 stars if I could.
Daniel Alvarez, first to respond and evaluated our home system on 5/25/22, called QualTech about 1:30-2:00pm, Daniel arrived aprox 4:00pm,and did a rather in depth check of our old system, after making recommended replacement that just a coil replacement would not work long term, as furnace and A/C were on their last leg.We chose to replace the whole system(do not want to nickel and dime it -more cost).Appointment made for 5/31/22 Anthony(Tony) & Elijah spent till aproxx. 16:30-17:00 installing a brand new system,seal all floor vents, in the attic area as well and in the crawl space under the house. Both young men(technicians) great personal manners toward myself and Mrs Gutierrez, wife is very observant, the mannerism between the team duo stood out to her, she overheard their conversations and interaction as the would ask each other with a please and thank you for their teamwork together. They work together seamlessly, anticipate what each member needs or does. Wife happy I'm happy, clean up cleaner than when they arrived, after job complete went over system and check with us and if we had anymore questions, we could not think of any. Let's just say if I am asked for a reference hands down your company will be the only company I and Mrs will recommend. QualTech went above and beyond what the firm we had been using since buying/moving into this house 2004, on a 1-10 scale--- how about a100; and if you want to know who not to call -- oh I better not --wife not be happy. They were very responsive, even on a weekend. I have a rental house and the furnace went out, again. It was very easy to get in touch with someone, schedule an appointment, and get a clear understanding of the problem and the costs. The furnace was 29 years old and I decided to replace it. The entire job was done the next day. Very happy with the speed and simplicity of the process on my end. Would highly recommend them.
My heater went out, tried 3 other companies before calling Qualtech. Daniel came out and listened to my needs and my budget, the only company that did, and installed a new system 2 days later. His guys were professional and left the place cleaner than when they got there. All around a good experience.

I recently had my heater repaired by Omar at Qualtech. They were able to schedule a same day appointment for me, came out quickly to diagnose and returned later in the day with the needed part to complete the repairs. Thanks to Qualtech, my house is warm and cozy again. I truly appreciate their prompt and honest service.
Needed to have heating and air conditioning installed in a new in-law /office ( ADU ) unit we recently completed. I honestly hadn’t even considered alternatives to standard central heating prior to reaching out to Qualtech. Their consultant, Daniel and project coordinator, Erika, provided extremely helpful information regarding Mitsubishi ductless systems. They were both very knowledgeable and honest in providing the details, pros and cons of these systems. I am so glad I followed their advice and went with this system. I’ve been testing out the unit, and WOW! Super quiet operation. One of my concerns was “would it distribute air evenly?” I really had nothing to worry about, both heating and cooling is distributed quickly and evenly. I’ll soon be adding a ductless system to the main house, to alleviate the one upstairs room that is always unbearably hot in the summer. Calling Qualtech was easily one of the best decisions I’ve made regarding home upgrades and repairs. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Definitely a 5-star company.
