Greg is an absolute stand up human being and I highly recommend his company - OC Breeze - for any HVAC needs you may have. He is extremely knowledgeable, a pleasure to be around, and will make it his mission to ensure that no detail is missed. Greg helped my wife and I get setup at our new home on Monarch Terrace in Dana Point - walked me thru all aspects of our two newly installed compressors and two newly installed FAUs...and even mentioned a few areas some of other trades may have missed. If you're looking for expertise with a great attitude - please give OC Breeze a call.
These guys are the real deal. Two different companies quoted me over $7,000 for a gas heater with installation. I thought it sounded high, so I made a few more calls. Greg came out the same day, took a look at my project and quoted me less than half the price for a better unit, installed. It turned out we needed an extra duct and vent run. Again, the price was entirely reasonable and the work was completed perfectly. I can not recommend OC Breeze highly enough. Timely, professional service. Super helpful. A great price.
Unfortunately the service repair industry has earned a bad reputation for taken advantage of customers. Greg and Donna are the true exception. Honest, fair, timely...Greg took enough time to explain the problem and repair in laymen terms. He truly values his customers.

We had a great experience with Greg. In the middle of a heat wave he was out to our house in 30 minutes and replaced parts all under warranty. Much appreciated for his professionalism and timeliness!
Within 2 hours of calling in my issue, Greg arrived, and crawled into my dirty, hot attic to address my AC issues… he addressed a number of minor issues AND adjusted my attic fan AND gave me a referral for a general contractor for a project I have planned. You absolutely cannot beat the level of service provided by Greg at OC Breeze! My house was built in 1964 and includes the original heater. Greg has serviced the heater a few times and has always been quick to respond and fully explains the heater issues and what needs to be done to fix it. Well the heater went out again this morning. Greg showed up in less than 30 minutes after I made the service request and found that I only had a loose wire. I've hired other heater techs before finding OC Breeze and I very much doubt they would have found the same without replacing parts and charging what they could get out of me. Hands down, OC Breeze is my heating repair company for life! They are honest, reliable and reasonable. What else could one ask for!?
Our furnace would work for 10 minutes and shut down. Greg was extremely knowledgeable and worked through all the issues including a clogged air filter and collapsed air vent. He went up in the roof and replaced it. You cannot find better service in Orange County. He is exceptional.
I can’t say enough good things about OC Breeze. I called on a Sunday and Greg and George arrived at 8:30 Monday morning. They were so professional and explained everything that was being done to get my heater working again. I would definitely recommend this company!
THIS IS A COMPANY YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH! A local business with genuine, friendly people who want to help you. After 3 days without heat, I called OCBreeze at 8am. Donna answered the phone and made my problem her priority. After about 30 minutes, she returned my call and was excited to let me know they could fit me in that same afternoon. Greg arrived later that day and diagnosed the problem. He walked me through the issue and answered my questions. To keep it simple, Greg had the part on his truck left over from another job so he let me have it at no-charge and only invoiced me for his service. He spent additional time giving me some maintenance tips and was on his way. I very much appreciate being treated like a valued customer. 12/06/2021 Thanks OCBreeze!!!!!!!!!!!
I needed my AC serviced and they were able to fit me in the same day. They were very professional and my AC up and running like new.
I want to support local small businesses and OC Breeze fit the bill! The owner/operator, Greg was constantly involved and his goal is to give the give the customer what they want, not upselling to pay for technology that sounds good but is also expensive and probably not needed. He even came back to personally fine tune the install. The team that did the actual were timely, professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend OC Breeze.
Fantastic experience with Greg at OC Breeze. I thought I would post my experience with OC Breeze Heating and Air Conditioning. I was referred by a plumber to contact OC Breeze when I needed work completed on my air conditioner. I had one of the nicest experience with this company. They contacted me same day. Greg was experienced, kind and went out of his way to help me to save money. What a breath of fresh air to deal with a truly honest person not trying to upsell or spend money you do not have to. I felt like I was talking and dealing with a friend that I had known for years. If you have a need for Air or Heating repairs I highly recommend this company.
