I left a message for a quote, they never called me back.
Called about a replacement window AC unit, but they only provide goods and services for the large ductless units.
The BEST AC MEN IN THE AREA!! Excellent service and installation of my new ac unit.
So, they are working next door to me. I'm on the computer, the doors are open, and I smell like a burning wood smell. I go out and look and the worker is drilling thru the wood facia, then I see the sawdust cloud and the wind is blowing it my way. I got inside and closed the doors. That evening I was looking at my patio plants and plant noticed a dusting of sawdust on everything. When I told the workers what they had done I got a I'm sorry. When I do any kind of drilling like that, I have a drill in 1 hand and a vacuum hose in the other.
Takes a while to get back to you after the estimate .But once they do they give you a couple of options . Before pushing you into getting a whole new system Very helpful

Updated review 2/7/22 They picked up the phone today. Yes! I got worried they were no longer there. Cindy eased my worries. I got an appt soon. Good to know they are in business and coming over. Old post:3 stars from December 2021-feb7 2022. I have found them to be excellent in installing our central unit , and after that it could be short staffed ( prior Covid ) and now during 2020-2022 the find it hard to reach them. Too many customers - is a good thing but feeling left out as that small family describes me. I left a message. I emailed and it’s been about 2 months. When they do reach me, the pattern is - they are very nice but I find them to be questionable with follow up for the small customer like myself. I can go elsewhere and I’m looking , in the meantime I am still their cust.
Great and honest. They repaired my AC and charged me$250 for a job that another company asked $950 to repair.
The nice young man came in and when he saw the new roof on the building he thought he knew what it was and went in the attic and had it fix right away and he put in a new filter while he was here.
The Best service always on point 👌 to fixing the problem, would definitely recommend this company. I've been working with them for years !! Good price 👍

Great place for all your HVAC needs. If you have a problem they have a remedy. If you have a question they have an answer if they don't have the answer they will find it. Not to mention that they are very fair priced. I have been using them since they installed my system around 10 years ago and I have always been on time and friendly I don't think you can go wrong. Give him a call and hear the friendly voice that answers then give him a try you won't go wrong. The only thing I do wish they would start doing is whole house fans. They sure do help out at night on a hot summer evening. Much cheaper than turning on the air conditioning. The only thing I've had to do through another company. Get with it guys. 😎
