We searched for a new plumber via Google and we were pleased to find that Google truly delivered with Universal AC & Heating Repair! We found them prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. They came to our house the next day. Previously, we have been shopping around with two other plumber services who told us that we needed extensive repair work. They expressed their concerns with our piping without up selling us on unnecessary services. We highly recommend them without reservation.
Universal AC & Heating Repair team installed a new hot water heater and was very professional in all ways. Eleven years ago, we had Universal AC & Heating Repair install a hot water heater. When the shower was not getting hot, it was a no brainer to call them again.
WOW! My air conditioner was out and I sent them a message the night before and they were here first thing in the AM. Universal AC & Heating Repair technician was so professional and got the job done in a timely manner and got things back working within an hour! I felt like their charges were transparent and reasonable and they didn't try to "add things on"..... SO happy and definitely will be using again! Can't recommend them enough!
Top quality ac repair and service. I've tried the other big name local companies and they are 3 times more expensive. I'll call Universal AC & Heating Repair for all of my ac needs.
Universal AC & Heating Repair responded to my inquiry super quick...which was great because air conditioning issues need to be addressed right away. They fixed my AC issue and cleaned up the drainage pipes so that I’ll be able to take care of similar issues in the future on my own.

Universal AC & Heating Repair team worked well together to install and test a new HVAC system. Each tech knew their jobs and executed as a team. Protected rugs and floors as they removed existing HVAC system and brought new equipment into the basement. Cleaned up and removed everything when done. Excellent job.

My technician called in advance of arrival. He was on-time. He was friendly and personable. Also very informative and explained everything he did. He wore shoe covers in the house and a mask at all times. I will do continuous business with Universal AC & Heating Repair.
