OMG, I just called to try and book an appointment and the woman who answered the phone literally said, "YES HELLO". I asked, "Is this Joe's Plumbing". She rudely said, "YA, HOW CAN I HELP YOU"? I said, "Never mind, thank you" and I hung up!!!! I was calling looking for a plumber for my business. Unfortunately, this rude woman scared away business for you today. Thought you would like to know, I would. It's hard to find good people to represent any business. After reading several reviews, I was completely shocked with how awful my experience was today. So happy there are so many other plumbers to chose from in the Culver City area!!
That prompted him to phone his workplace and request a replacement electric model. He was prompt, polite, and competent. I have used this firm before and definitely plan to use them again in the future.
