My air conditioner was not cold. I asked them to repair it. I asked for a leave of absence and waited at home. They finally arrived. After two hours, I went to check it. People left early and didn't say anything. A few days later a bill for the inspection fee of $145 was sent. Called to ask and no reasonable explanation was given. I don't recommend getting them to fix it.
I had been putting off a new system for years and finally pulled the trigger. Through a friends recommendation I called Rick. Rick came to my house and explained all that I should be doing in an honest manner. He gave me a price for the complete system and never once had to change his price. I got top of the line service and products and my system runs so well my kids have to tell me to turn it off because I like it cold. Great relationship with the owner Rick and his crew that was clean and always on time. I give them a 10+ Thanks Rick
Excellent service, poor guy almost got stuck under the house! But he totally fixed my problem for a reasonable amount and fairly quickly. Thank you.
Outstanding Customer Service! Dealt with consummate professionals every step of the process. They were able to squeeze me in on short notice and kept me apprised of the technicians arrival time. The technicians were punctual, professional, polite, and fast! Excellent pricing as well. Thanks to Emily, Greg, Carlos and Susie for taking care of my ac issue. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Rich is a wana be slick talking fraud. He spent more time talking than he was there... He is unprofessional, did not inspect/or even visually begin to assess my "leak" in which he decided i had after using 25 minutes of freon.... I am then charged $400 for 4lbs of freon which he claims was 10?????? And it all leaks in 12 hours????? I can say this, and thank god I record both visual and audio.... We will be taking him to court and stopping payment

Even though it was a hot day with many calls before mine, Sinclair Air Systems made it out to my mother in-laws house same day and fixed problem. As my mother in-law is elderly having the air working was very important. They did a great job and a fair price.
Sinclair AC is awesome and they are now my go to AC company. I contacted them when my AC when out during an awful heatwave and they were able to get a technician out to my home same day. The office staff was super friendly, professional and efficient. When the technician arrived he was also friendly, professional and knew what he was doing. He quickly identified the problem, had the part in his vehicle and repaired my AC in less than an hour. The price was great. Thank you Sinclair AC! I give you my highest recommendation! Well let me start by thanking each and everyone of you(Rick, Susie, Miranda, Steve, Billy, Anibal, Dennis, Todd, & Darin) for making my experience with Sinclair Air systems clearly preeminent. They are 90% complete and I love what they have done. The pride & attention to detail Rick and all his crew put into their work is very hard to find when working with multiple craft. It is clear to me at Sinclair Air Systems Rick sets the bar for excellence, and his team easily surpasses that bar. I will continue using Sinclair and will recomend to eveyone I know.!!!!!! Update .3/26/17 Sinclair Air systems is now completed with the installation in my home. My wife and I could not be happier. This is a company that goes the extra mile to get things done correct. Sorry for the late finishing review, they actually finished the next day after I wrote my previous review. I just took a while to get back to update. BOTTOM LINE! If you use Sinclair Air systems you a guaranteed good prices, excellent work, & great customer service. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! YOU WILL BE SORRY!
The other reviewers don't know what they are talking about. This guy knows everything about air conditioning, and he showed up immediately (even though it was evening), worked in the dark, and fixed the problem. Awesome service from a terrific guy.
