I'm not sure if Costa Mesa HVAC Care actually does the work. I called and made an appointment but after the appointment was made, I received several calls from HVAC companies. That made me feel uncomfortable so I cancelled the appointment.
My refrigerator came back to life thanks to Ron from the company.. quick and efficient work, polite attitude.. The price was fair.. Their visit card is on my fridge door for any repair need in the future..

For me, moving to a new house is not easy; got tons of works to do. To make it easier I call for help. When I needed my AC installed, I called the company. I've been hearing from my friends that they've got good service so I tried it. They were not wrong. Thank you for installing my AC and for giving me advice on proper care.

Positive experience!! They were able to schedule an appointment and service my AC the same day I called. Very professional technician who gave thorough explanations on what was being done. Cost of repair was reasonable. I'll use them in the future for my AC needs!!
The repairman was so polite and friendly and very efficient - able to install my air conditioner and improvise to make sure it would fit in my windowpane (without any hot air sneaking in).. Wonderful job..
The installers were polite and professional. They protected the flooring with heavy tarps. They answered all my questions. When the work was done, they cleaned up the worksite and even vacuumed the floor.
Good knowledge of residential AC systems and knew what I wanted without a lot of back and forth discussions. Supplied and installed within a very short time frame. I really appreciated how tidy and organized the entire process was. They show their appreciation by doing an excellent job. Yes, I would definitely rehire the company.

Costa Mesa HVAC Care did AC service repair very well. The Receptionist was professional and friendly; Technicians were punctual and very knowledgeable. He worked diligently to solve the AC problem. Good pricing for very high quality work!!
I highly recommend the company over the larger companies that lead with a sales person, but who may deliver stale merchandise and poor service, which has been my previous experience.
