Michael was so friendly, super knowledgeable, and very skilled at explaining all about heat pumps, heating, cooling, etc. This was a really great appointment.
After waiting without air conditioning for 3 days, they called and tried to reschedule. They told me I was being bumped me for existing customers. They have a problem keeping commitments and don't prioritize new business. 7/5 Update - Busy is understandable if you tried and were unable to provide service. However, this is a policy problem. You chose to break an agreement with a new customer to serve existing customers who called in later. Also, I had canceled my appointment and your team failed to follow through on recording that.
Alejandro C. was thorough as well as professional. He was able to give explanation that was understandable on how ro operate certain features on the controls to the AC and heat controls.
The original inspector missed quoting for 2 separate systems. So when the tech arrived for the first service check he asked for double the fee. No one checked. The service quality was good in the end.
My first experience with Hometown Heating and Air was great. We called them after going trough 3-4 HVAC companies over the past few years, never really finding a good fit, and plan on sticking with them long term. Alejandro was responsive and extremely thorough in his inspection. He took pictures of all readings and items of concern, which were then emailed, and he helped us prioritize the few items of concern he found, providing options and estimates for each, answering all of our questions along the way. At no point did we feel pressured or that anything was being misrepresented, both of which we’ve had occur with prior companies. We hope to utilize Hometown for the long haul.

Baker came to our house yesterday for a maintenance check on the AC. Unfortunately, as we suspected, we need an entire new HVAC system. Baker was so knowledgeable , professional and trustworthy. Both my Husband and I liked him immediately. We will he working with Baker for our new HVAC. Highly recommend!!!
Jeffrey diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner, replaced the failed parts, and got the air conditioner working. He, as well as all Hometown Heating and Air Conditioning technicians are very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Hometown Heating and Air is a professional company and they hire good people who care about their jobs by doing what they are hired to do. They have taken care of our heater and air conditioning for at least 10 years and they seemed to have uped their game. This time our tech did an amazing job. More than just the routine check. He took his time, showed us everything he did and explained what he did. He went the extra mine in my opinion

Requested an estimate for new HVAC system. Very responsive, respective, informative, on time, and nice. Hometown has done maintenance for years and are very good. The quote was better than expected but not the best quote.
Hometown came out to inspect an A/C issue. Turned out that I needed to have the old ductwork replaced as it was falling apart under my house. Justin and his team did a great job and even pointed out a drain leak that needed attention. Thank you for all the hard work and dedication. My new go to for any heating and air needs and tune ups. We installed AC and new furnace a year ago. We completed a 1 year inspection. From start to finish, and a year later, Hometown heating and Air-conditioning provided reliable and prompt service. All technicians and sales representatives were professional and courteous. Satisfied with the product quality and performance. Pricing was competitive. Highly recommend!
