Melvin and Oscar arrived at 10am worked extremely hard they stayed up until 10pm. They did it all installed AC and heater in one day and made sure they were both running well before leaving. Very hard workers!!!

Installation and maintenance were perfect. Quick, professional, and efficient. Getting the inspection done was a 6 month long pain.
Upgraded whole HVAC system including ducts with Bosch heat pump and air handler, filters, uv purifier. Got about 8 quotes before working with Haddon. They were the most straightforward, honest, and gave me the best pricing of anyone else. The work was all completed very promptly and professionally crew was great and Shane is super responsive to handle any questions along the way!
When they came in they were very professional they had tarps on the floor so they wouldn't track anything in and they suited up when they had to go underneath the house I just thought they were a great working team so I hope somebody else uses them and get some good remarks like I'm giving them because they deserve it thank you all this is Bruce Spangler
Awesome deal and financing. They get the job done promptly, no excuses or elaborate presentations selling you the stuff.. my sales guy got to the point and give me a better deal than what others had. Clean and professional installation by the techs, communicated well at every step.
There was a condensation leak that can easily happen to anyone after installment and very grateful they came back asap before their long route home to fix it and recheck all systems.

Great experience from the start to the finish. Estimator was down to earth and easy to work with all the way to the installers. Who did great work and took extra care to ensure everything was working as it should.
The first warm period of the season and my air conditioner that's only 5 years old went out. Of course it was a weekend and I was busy until late evening. Called on Monday. They came out on Wed. Compositor needed replaced. My unit is under warranty so parts were covered. For some reason they waved the labor cost. Very nice of them. Haddon originally installed our air conditioner and furnace. Very happy with their professionalism, quantity of work, and how fast they respond.

Illa the Haddon Tech was exceptionally patient, very respectful, ask questions and was willing to do more than was needed and required but I said no need. Appreciate for him to offer.
Haddon installed a split mini ductless system on our two story condo. Haddon was very responsive to installation requests, and modified the first installation exterior routing at the request of the HOA. The final installation required several visits by the installers, but Haddon did not request additional fees. Very satisfied with the installation and performance of the system.
The person who came to turn on the system and check it was thoroughly professional, and performed his task in a very efficient manner. Congratulations on a great employee.
Technician HUBERT performed a diagnostic check on our HVAC. He also replaced a bad circuit board. He was efficient, but could NOT CORRECT the bad smell (dirty sock odor) when starting the A/C unit at the beginning of each season.. Overall, he was polite and knowledgeable. Dispatcher “Nicole” did an outstanding job of coordinating the THREE visits to make the repair of the bad circuit board. Regards, Mr. And Mrs. Quan
We hired Haddon to install central AC in our Glen Ellen home. They came and sized the system for the property. Installation went smoothly. Unfortunately the system they sized was not able to actually cool the upstairs of the house. They came back and said we would need a dual zone system to be able to actually cool the whole home with a very high cost because of the ducting work. Would have been nice if they told me this before we paid the $10k but ok, mistakes happen. When they installed the A/C unit the central heat stopped working. We figured this out later when the weather cooled and we needed to start using the heater. I scheduled an appointment for Haddon to come out to inspect. This is not our primary home so we needed to make arrangements (including taking the day off work) to be able to be home on a weekday since Haddon does not work on weekends. On the day of the appointment they called and said they could not come at the scheduled afternoon time but could come earlier. So to avoid having to reschedule we took our kids out of school for the day and head over early for the appointment. Time passes, no tech, call. I call to check on the appointment and they said tech was running late but would likely come at the original scheduled time. Ok all good. Time passes, no tech, no call. I call again and they said they would call me back to confirm. No call back. I call again near the end of the day and they said they’re not sure if what the situation is but they would check and call me back to confirm. No call back again. I left a message sharing my disappointment with the poor service and communication. No call back again. A really unfortunate situation end to end. Mistakes happen but at the minimum I expect a company to make it right. Or at the minimum give you a call back when they say they will. Very poor customer service. I hope they take this feedback and fix the issue.
