Green Air did a great job for us installing our Tesla Powerwall in 2020, and they have been there for us since. We have solar panels that are not from Tesla, and they worked very cooperatively with our solar installer to make the system work. We have not had any issues since the installation until recently, when Verizon discontinued 3G wireless support, and Tesla switched to a Wifi connection for their gateway to the web. Problem was, and is, that the Wifi connection on the version 1 Tesla gateway isn't stable - just won't stay connected. Tesla customer service said yeah, we have about 7,000 customers in that situation....but stopped there. No solution offered other than to make it a wired ethernet connection to the gateway. Enter Green Air to the rescue! They came out today and helped with poking a hole in an exterior wall, and opening up the gateway to make the connection. I appreciate knowing that Green Air will be there for any future problems, and highly recommend them. Go Solar! Go Green Air!
We did a major remodel of our home and Green Air did an exceptional job on various aspects of our remodel. They installed solar panels on the roof + a battery storage system, they repaired both of our furnaces and both of our AC’s, installed brand new HVAC through the whole house with individual zones, installed the downdraft in our kitchen for our stove, and installed a heat pump for our pool. Every installation they did was very professional, on time, and they always answered all of our questions with great detail (at all hrs of the day!). We have never had any issues with our systems and it has been 1 year since everything was done. The Green Air team continues to provide great customer service!
Had Nick install solar about 8 years ago. Everything went exceedingly well. Since then, I have referred many friends and acquaintances to Green Air. As a business owner this is something I almost never do. Green Air has been out a few times since then to repair things on my old HVAC system. Most recently yesterday. They have always shown up at the promised time and done everything they could to get me back up and running in the shortest possible time. Prices are reasonable, everyone at the company is honest, and the service is excellent. A very good combination.
Showed up on time. Work was extremely professional. Installed 2 batteries and 26 panels. Now we get bills from PG&E showing a negative amount due. Nice to know we can run our AC in the summer without going broke.
Green Air installed a 15kw solar panel system, 3 power walls, all new duct work for our central air system, and repaired 2 furnaces. From the beginning of our contact, Green Air has always been very responsive in all forms of communication (email, text, and phone calls) and professional. Our solar system was installed within 2 weeks of contract signing, and we have not had any issues with roof leaks, or solar panels not working. During the this current supply chain crisis, Green Air was able to fix both of our furnaces during the coldest months of the winter by securing rare parts so that we wouldn't freeze in our own home. Green Air's team has always been on time, very professional, and everyone has always provide excellent customer service.
Absolutely extravagant pricing. Contacted them for a tesla wall charger install. They quoted me 3K for the install. Let me check the spare pot of gold in my yard. Are you using diamond coated wires and coating my garage with diamonds too while you are doing this?
The Green Air team was wonderful. I was very nervous about choosing a company to install my solar panels and system. They not only took the time to explain things in a way I could easily understand, but they kept me in the loop for every step of the process. The work was done quickly and without hassle. Fair pricing compared to other companies I had reached out to. I will definitely be utilizing them for maintence and often reccomend them to friends and family looking for solar and hvac. The Green Air guys were amazing. Did an HVAC overhaul and installed a new Solar setup. They were professional and on top of everything, from drafting plans to permitting. After given the runaround by the national guys (Sunrun, Sunpower, etc) I'm so glad I went local and with these guys. Would definitely recommend.
Nick and his team handled a large project for us in Aug of 2018. It started with Nick coming over to look at my furnace that just went out. Nick gave me some honest feedback and some options. During the visit he did not once mention he does roofing and solar. I point this out as a positive as I never once felt like he was selling me. He simply informed me on my options and potential costs. After some follow up discussion I then discovered he also offers solar. We ended up penciling out the cost and it made sense to make the move to solar. As we were getting ready to start we ran into issues with my roof. Concerned on what to do, Nick was able to provide a solution and at a reasonable cost. Again I point out that not once did I fee pressured to move forward with the project. Ultimately his team was able to install a custom HVAC system, upgrade my roof, and install solar. I wanted to wait at least a year to provide a review so that I could check my actual electricity saves to what was being projected. Turns out Nick was right on the money. The size of my solar project is producing the expected savings and my roof looks great. Nick has always been available for follow up questions and really seems to be passionate about his work. He has a is very knowledgeable about the costs and tax credits. I highly recommend talking to Nick if you have any HVAC or Solar needs.
When you find a company that is there for you, a company that is dependable and goes more than the extra mile to keep its customers happy, that is one you want to hold on to; one that you hope will be there for the long run. Green Air is just such a company. Owner Nick Donzelli is just outstanding. I trust him without reservation. His employees are very skilled and fun to be around, a perfect match. They take time to explain items I have questions and concerns about. The office staff - Marquisha in particular is a pleasure to work with; very prompt in getting to me items I need to be aware of to complete a job efficiently. I am extremely satisfied with the HVAC and solar projects they have done for me - and I look forward to working with them again in the future.
Green Air installed and has serviced the AC units in our home, They are very reliable and very knowledgeable. They promptly return phone calls and there receptionist is so courteous. They provided me with a clear cost breakdown. And the installation staff are very friendly and very competent. They are willing to schedule to meet our needs. In short, I highly recommend this company for your AC needs.
Put in a large Solar system 4 years ago and it already paid for itself. Installing Powerwall Back up system as well and service has been outstanding even helping with other non-solar related HVAC issues!
Nick and the team did a large project at my house. About 75 panels, a heat pump for the pool, added heat pumps for my house and a large battery pack. Now, most major things in my house are run by the panels. They are thorough and efficient. I highly recommend them!
There are so many reasons why I will always go to Green Air for help and the first is Nick's high marks for being a professional who choses to do the very best he believes he can give. All of his team work together with the same high standards as Nick has created. They are all so dedicated in doing the best job for "Green Air". What Green Air has is professional people doing outstanding work. He's become a friend of my husband and myself because of all this good work they have achieved together. Great Service and extremely dependable. We had Nick and crew put in a brand new HVAC heating/cooling system in our Moraga house and was very pleased with everything.
Solar was a big investment for us and was something we knew nothing about other than it was supposed to help save money on our utilities. Green Air walked us through every phase from purchase through installation and made the whole process easy, quick, and professional. Four stars because a little more guidance and knowledge on after installation would have been helpful. Such as, true up on our utility bill, monitoring and maintenance. That being said we would choose Green Air again.
My family and I have lived in Concord for about 4 years with NO air conditioning! Green Air was recommended to us by my husband's co-worker who recently had solar installed by Green Air. They came highly recommended! They not only install solar, they also provide HVAC installs. Our house is old, no HVAC ducts, just wall heaters (terrible!). Nick, the owner of Green Air came to our house for a quote, at first we were all in for HVAC with duct work. Well Nick gave us a quote for traditional (ducted) HVAC and ductless HVAC with solar. Nick's quote was too good to pass up. We ended with ductless HVAC and solar. Nick had great communication skills that my husband and I did not feel pressured or "out of the loop" . He made sure that all our questions and concerns were addressed before the project started. His crew came on time every day and they treated our house with respect. I observed the crew work well with one another (great team chemistry). They did a "clean cut" job and were very efficient. Nick followed up with us everyday of the project. He made sure that we were completely satisfied with the outcome of our project. We now have ductless Air conditioning and Heating throughout our home. Also we have solar as well. Our ductless system is powered fully by electricity therefore cutting down on our gas bill. Our solar will help decrease our electricity bill, too. Although many may shy away from a ductless system, due to the units that hang on the wall. I personally don't mind at all. I would definitely recommend Green Air to any of my family and friends. We are so happy that we had Green Air complete our HVAC and solar needs.They get the job done right! Thank you Nick and his amazing crew (Aziz, Frank, Jeremy, Jimmy sorry if i left anybody out), you guys are awesome!

We are very pleased with the professionalism and great service that Green Air has provided. Nick Donzelli designed an excellent HVAC system for us when we renovated our home in 2016. The system is completely quiet and efficient. We are always very comfortable in the cold of winter and the heat of summer. Our energy bill is low and consistent throughout the the year. His company responded immediately and assisted us when we needed to do additional work on our foundation that required our unit to be temporarily disconnected. Working with Aziz, who oversaw the installation and conducted maintenance on our unit, is very pleasant to work with.
