We had a wonderful technician Dustin Wade arrive on time and work extremely hard at fixing our issue.
As always, very pleased with Freschi. A/C check conducted by Gustavo & Hugo was thorough & efficiently done, and I appreciated hearing of other relevant services that Freschi provides.
Booked Freschi for a routine maintenance service on our two HVAC systems (installed by Freschi about 5 years ago). Making the appointment was easy and the team arrived on time as planned. Hugo, their technician was especially friendly, informative and efficient in servicing our HVAC systems. I also signed up for their yearly maintenance program and would recommend Freschi for handling anyone’s HVAC needs.
Dustin came earlier than we expected, very skilled! Didn’t take long for him to find the issue. Now we have cold air blowing in the house again. Thank you

Hugo did a great job in performing my yearly air conditioner maintenance. I have been with Freschi since they installed my HVAC system 6 years ago and I have never had any complaints.
Been a member and customer for over 8 years. I signed up for the special program, free of charge. I have 24/7 help and priority scheduling. Had issue with the unit. Gave me pointers on finding a part :)saved money:) the technicians go above and beyond.
Kevin and Angela were very prompt and courteous. Took the time to listen and understand the situation. Replaced the very noisy resistor(?) I am now happy with the HVAC system, and looking forward to it finally being dependable.
Hugh was great. Very personable and did a great job evaluating system sharing results.

David, Edgar and the rest of the team did an outstanding job. Not only did they complete the installation but stayed around to test and make sure that everything was to our liking. They respected the surroundings of the house and paid attention to detail. I would use them again thank you so much.
We recently had our AC/heating system repaired by Vili and David. Both of them were extremely professional and got the job done quickly. They were very honest when it came to prices on parts and saved us a lot of money overall. They even wore coverings on their shoes inside the house which was very thoughtful. I would recommend these two guys to anyone who needs their system repaired. Phenomenal job from start to finish.
I am so impressed with my technician! Hugo is quite knowledgeable of his trade, explaining everything with each step of my maintenance performed on my HVAC system. Experienced issues with my Mini-Split AC/Heating unit. These systems are not that common so it took several tech visits to properly diagnose issue. Freschi sent Vili, their mini-split expert. He was able to properly diagnose the issue quickly as a small freon leak. We will request him for the the follow on repair work.
David, the lead technician, and assistant Julian, installed a furnace and air conditioning unit today at my house. They did an awesome job! It was a big job to remove my old system. They reconfigured the system to make it more efficient. They were totally professional and very respectful - they put on booties when they came in my home. When the job was complete, David walked me through the new system and explained everything in detail. They cleaned up well and left things immaculate. I’m very pleased I went with Freschi.
DAVID A., Julian J. Are very exceptional gentleman . I am very happy with Davids preciseness in his performance! They both saw throughout the whole project. Later was joined by Jose and Kevin. There was another gentleman but did not get his name. Quality of work and sharpness a 100% These guys deserve it all for there hard work and being able to adjust to my comfort needs . Vili Just the tacular job, he introduced us to the infrared light system. When he discovered we had four dogs. I’m glad he came, and did the maintenance. Somebody should be giving this man a big fat raise you to professional courteous, explained it in detail. Thank you.
