A technician came by today and looked at our AC system and helped us troubleshoot some issues we were having with dirty vents. He also added Freon and preformed maintenance to extend the life of our system. He was very helpful and prompt.
Called on Sunday to set up HVAC repair appointment to fix a broken AC compressor. Set up appointment for the next day (Monday) between 11am - 1pm. Stayed home from work to make this happen. Guy never showed up, and no one called me to indicate that they would be late or couldn't make it. I called at 1:45pm and it went to voicemail. I left a message asking for them to call me back. No response. Got ghosted by these guys. Will never use again and do not recommend. Had to set up an appointment for two days later with a different company. Hopefully the next company shows up, as it's been over 100 deg here.

Mario came out to clean my ducts and flu on my wall heater, he explained how the procedure was going to be done prior to coming to my house. Once he arrived at my house he went over his instructions once again so I fully understood how the cleaning would take place. Mario was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable with wall heaters as they are Cyclone Air System’s specialty. He did a very thorough and clean job and I would highly recommend him and his company for your service needs!
Amazing service provided by Cyclone! I haven’t cleaned my chimney in 20 years. I recently had my glass break and finally was able to replace it. Once I used it, I had a smokey smell and decided to finally get my chimney cleaned. I received a quick response when I requested a quote. I got a call on Friday to schedule an appointment and was able to get service on Wednesday. The service was amazing and efficient. Was provided thorough service and showed me the progress along the way. I honestly can’t wait to use my chimney during this winter!
Jose with Cyclone was super responsive, super helpful. We just moved into a new place, with an explosion of dust the first time the furnace was turned on. Cyclone explained a lot and gave a thorough cleaning. Could not be happier with the result. Highly recommend.
Terrible experience. Paid way more then quoted, did an awful job and weeks upon weeks later constantly have dust and dirt going everywhere, therefore having to clean more on a regular basis. Would not recommend.
Representative came out to the house and diagnosed problem efficiently. Initially, we were not getting any cooling from the AC. Mechanic fixed problem in 30 minutes. I highly recommend their services.

Made an appointment for dryer vent cleaning over the phone. The tech was a no-show. Ended up going with another company who was able to get the job done.
I don't know how long ago I had my chimney with stove insert last cleaned; but I do know, I had used it a lot the past two years for heating the house. I used the quote option of Yelp and got several quotes. Cyclone was responsive, and straightforward with their quote, no need for back and forth conversations, like some of the others. Once I gave my phone number, they called to get me scheduled. Rafael was prompt, did the inspection of the stove itself and made sure I even knew how to use my stove insert effectively. Then he got on the roof, with inspected the too and took pictures for me. Finalizing with the cleaning of the bottom and stove itself. He even got the glass cleaned, without chemicals, that I hadn't been able to get clean! I really appreciate the thoroughness making me feel safe to use my stove fireplace this year. Highly recommend.
Wow, these guys are seriously awesome! I decided to do an air duct cleaning and a dryer vent cleaning. My heater had a funky smell even after I used another air duct cleaning service last year. I was referred by a heating guy in town, which says a lot about the respect he must have had for this compnay. Anyway, I always dread the phone tag trying to book the service, but this is the first time the booking was so easy. I talked to the owner, he emailed me options and we booked a day. His response time was so fast in terms of booking. Who has time to chase after people for services you don't even want to do? I did have to wait a couple weeks, but that means they are busy and good. Mario and two members of his team showed up. Mario was so professional, personable, and informative. He explained the process which entailed I think a shop vaccuming, then duct cleaning, furnace cleaning, and scrubbing of all my vents outside (with their own table!) Each guy just plowed through the work. They were so fast and efficientt, but I made to sure to compare the service I paid for last year with this one. Let's just say these guys are top notch and are a screaming deal! I paid way more with the other company and they didn't even scrub my vents, vaccuum my floors after they completed the work. Not to mention, I appreciated that there were three guys so the work could get done quicker. Mario, also pointed out a couple issues with wear and tear and with my vents not being properly sealed. We added those services, they moved quickly to take care of those things as well. I'll be calling them again.
Even though the tech/owner could get our system working, he gave me more reason why he could not get the system to work than just fixing the system. The wiring fix that he did need to be redone at an additional cost to me by a different company. The extra 200 dollars on top of the 350 dollar Cyclone Air Systems charged me during the first service visit. "At the end of the day, I was unhappy with the cost and service of Cyclone Air."
I would never recommend these people. They were unresponsive. They showed up at my house to clean our chimney. We have hardwood floors. We asked the technician to put a mat down. He said, "Yes". He did not. We laid down our own rugs. He dropped his vacuum on our floor. We pointed out the scratch. He denied it happened. He called his boss. His boss said that it never happened. We sent them before/after photos. They told us it was a different house. I asked them to take my payment and leave my property and the boss said that he was not ready for his tech to leave yet. I asked several times fir them to take my payment and leave and they refused. I told them that it was harassment to stay in my house when I asked them to leave and tried to pay. They' still refused. I asked again. They still refused. I threatened to call the police. They still refused. I threatened to call the police a 3rd time and he finally left.
The Best, Nicest, and Detailed oriented Crew. Cleaned out the old dust. Left the house cleaner than before they started. They cleaned all ducts, return intake, and the furnace. They would have done my dryer but we already had that taken care of. Fast and efficient too. We are going to sleep well tonight. Thank you Cyclone Air Systems. We will call you again when needed.
I want to say thank you to Mario for fixing the heater. I called Mario and he was able to come and fix the unit the same day. I highly recommend his service.
I just wanted to express my deep appreciation to Cyclone Air Systems for the excellent recommendations on my new HVAC system and for setting things up so efficiently for me, in the nick of time I might add, just in time to battle this heatwave. The service from Cyclone Air Systems was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish and even after all the rave reviews I read on Google, my expectations were still exceeded. A shout out to Mario for his invaluable input on the various options and very detailed estimates. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything at any time. I wish all salesmen were more like him!

Talk about exceptional service! We recently purchased a house and wanted to have the air ducts cleaned before moving in. Cyclone Air Systems was the first result that came up in my search and I decided to give them a shot since they had 5 stars. The comments were nothing short of spectacular so I reached out and Mario was able to give me a quote and schedule me a couple of days later. He was very thorough with cleaning the air ducts and even cleaned our washable filters for us. He also recommended I get a filter for the return duct. The quality of work was simply amazing and we won't hesitate to call him again for future duct cleaning.
