Kim was our technician and he was polite, personable and professional. He took the time to explain everything in a way that anyone can understand so it's not overly more complicated than it needs to be so that we know what our options are and what his suggestions are. I appreciate the sincerity and will definitely go back for our next maintenance.
This company is a terrible company! They're so unbelievably unprofessional! I tried to book am appt with them to come out and check my heater and when the guy called me back it showed as a scam call with an out of state number. So I called back and the guy that answered was so childish to say the least and started calling me Karen and taking like a little child because I simply told him I was concerned that it showed as a scam call and the address I was given was coming up as another business. The guy acted like he was 5 years old. Stay away from this company!
We are on the Mattco Heating & Cooling LLC and we've been requesting a technician to be assigned since we first moved into the house when he arrived for our first call. Not only is he professional and polite, but he knows what he is doing and does it to perfection. We highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for some heating/cooling peace of mind! Our AC was blowing nothing but hot air. We made a call to Mattco Heating & Cooling LLC and were back in business 2 hours later! This team brings smart decision-making, technical skill, and wonderful service all together. We appreciate their deep expertise in AC.
Best service we have ever received .The technician who came was very knowledgeable and polite. We had a good time with him and we loved him. We would request him be the technician on the next service. He is a good representative of his company.Would definitely recommend him.
We had a furnace issue . We talked to Mattco Heating & Cooling first thing Monday morning, and had a tech there within an hour. It was determined it was time for a new one. The next day, Our old furnace was removed and a new one was installed and hooked up. The guys were prompt, courteous and tidy - great job!
Excellent service and great quality work done. We loved the thoroughness of this company and the willingness to go above and beyond to make their customers happy. We are especially grateful for the technician who was willing to come in the evening to solve our problem of no heat. I have had many furnace companies but this is the best one!!!

Mattco Heating & Cooling LLC schedule was already tight, however they fitted me in. The tech was very polite and knew is work very well. Very impressed with his attention to detail and keeping us abreast of the situation. Highly recommended.
I have used Mattco Heating & Cooling LLC several times now. They have always come out punctually and have been very practical with pricing. Always have parts needed on their truck and finished the job expeditiously. I will certainly use them again.
We were very pleased with the techs from Mattco Heating & Cooling LLC who showed up last week. We had a new furnace and AC installed by them about a year ago. So we called for service and tune ups and specialists came out. They were very punctual, refined and skilled. They handled our issues in a very professional manner. Thank you!!
The sales person and Benny the technician did good work getting me an efficient system at a very reasonable price compared to other companies. They were able to complete the install while I was away and took care if all the paperwork.They also did a follow-up visit just to clarify any questions and to check my satisfaction. There were a couple other perks, as well.
Huge thanks to Mattco Heating & Cooling for the excellent work they performed in our new home.Benny was extremely knowledgeable, listened carefully to our specific needs, planned the installation on a day that favored us. Installers were prompt, courteous, efficient and cleaned up beautifully. 5 STARS for sure! I will definitely be calling Mattco next time I need help with anything Heating or Air related! Thanks!
