So my Fridge was not dispensing water/making ice. I just bought this home so I called my home warranty ORHP. They sent out Master Tech. The tech Tanner diagnosed the problem quickly and said they needed to order the part to repair on a future date. They kept in touch with me and updated me during the time they were reaching out and finally ordering the part. They moved quickly and got the part and scheduled to come back out. He came back and fixed it and had my fridge fully working. This company is legit from their communication from the office to the tech doing a great job. Thanks again! I will definitely be reaching out to you for anything I need done in the future!

Excellent customer service. It’s hard to find a company these days that actually cares about their customers but these guys go above and beyond. Great AC service, I highly recommend Master Tech for your AC or appliance needs.

Called with an AC problem and Master Tech had a tech out to my house within 2 hours! I was so thankful. Jack came back the next morning and fixed my unit. Love this company and would recommend to anyone!
I had such a positive experience when Master Tech repaired my oven, I called them again when the ice maker went out on the refrigerator. Tanner diagnosed the problem immediately, ordered the part, and two days later came to install the part. The ice maker started making ice immediately. The technicians are personable and knowledgeable, and the office staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Master Tech.

Tanner came out figured out the problem with my air conditioner, Fixed Ac working great. Washer needed a part that was no longer availible They researhed found the part now i'm up and running. Thank you MasterTech for sending me a respectful confident tech.
What a great company -- we had our over and refrigerator broken and they came out, handled the issues, quickly discovered what was wrong and gave us a complete run down before they did any of the work. They were very reasonably priced and in the end saved us thousands of dollars on replacing them. We HIGHLY recommend them!!
Service like they said.30 minute call ahead.Tech very informative & answered all my questions.They are of reasonable price.Will use again if need be.Hopefully that wont be anytime soon
CALLED THEM OUT TO FIX MY HEATER THEN ARE PROFESSIONAL AND FIXED IT WITHIN A TIMELY MANNER. BEST SERVICE, GREAT OFFICE STAFF, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Absolutely terrible experience .. two hours late never gave me a phone call to inform ne .. I had to call twice.. was here for 5 min said " oh I need to order part can't do anything "as they were told a week ago what was needed.. it was the owner who came two hours late and then couldn't wait to collect his service fee of more than $100.00. Never will I use them and I will inform Miele as they recomended them. Terrible service !!
