My technician, Elfrid, was wonderful and so professional. He made sure I understood what it was I needed and gave me 6 different options for prices and didn’t pressure me or try to upsell me. That’s huge for me. And I love that I have a warranty and someone will come out and give me a tune up for winter. I am very pleased with the service I was given!
I had to have some metal strips put on my water heater (California law) Air One sent somebody out right away to take care of it. I have been a customer of Air one for many years and have always gotten great service from them. I highly recommend Air One for A/C and plumbing needs.
My technician Richard L. Was very professional and explained everything very throughly about what the issue was with my ac. Loved the work and all the pricing options given to us. Highly recommended

I am so pleased with Richard III Lozano. I had a bad experience with one of the other employees. Who put in parts and charged me before discussing me the problem and my system wasn’t working. He said to wait it will take time. Never did! I called and they sent Richard he went above and beyond. He found other problems that the first guy should have. He explained in detail everything. He even washed my system down!!! He made sure cold air came out. I’m so comfortable now and can enjoy my days! I give him 5 stars!! He is amazing. I also got into there maintenance plane to come out twice a yr. Omgosh I’m so glad they sent him he was so friendly and professional the way it should be when you pay so much money to fix and a/c. Thank you Richard!
I am very happy with the service from Air One. This is the second time they have come out for maintenance. Every time they have come my ac/heat unit works better and smells better than before. My unit is almost 20 yrs old and it great condition thank you to Air One. I would highly recommend the monthly low cost maintenance service they offer, to keep things running.
Ruben is amazing. He's been our tech since we installed our new unit 4 years ago. I can't say enough good things about him. We are so satisfied with Air One. No need to go anywhere else. See y'all in November or December!

Of course our air conditioner went out on a VERY hoy day while my husband would be working late. Thank God our neighbor had recently told us about the company that they use and gave us a card for Air One. They were able to get someone out not only that day, but within a few hours! Now seeing that I was home alone with my kids of course I was nervous about having a stranger come in to my home. But they send over a short bio of who they will be sending over so that I may choose to do research on my own and check out who will be helping us out. Richard was on time, very friendly and professional. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He was done quickly and cleaned up everything to where I couldn't even tell he had been there! I would DEFINITELY refer Air One to all of my friends and family!

Immanuel and Alfred were thorough and knowledgeable in their job. I must commend the company as a whole for their professionalism and courtesy. Although I am not completely educated in the AC terminology, I quickly picked up that they took their time to explain, and were patient with me and all my questions. I appreciate that this company as a whole worked around my schedule. This made it stress free for me because of the investment I made: and I did not feel rushed. Call them for your AC needs. They specialize in other work; in my case it was the AC install. Thank you Air One!
