Keveon did an outstanding job for me this morning! He ran into a little trouble spot, and I watched him think his way through it and get my air conditioner running at 52° this morning. I recommend this guy highly.

Thank you Team Anthem Andrew, Larry, Angel, Adrian -sorry if I forgot someone. My air broke the day my mom was released from the hospital. We made it through the first week. I called my home warranty end result the coil/furnace was not covered. Andrew helped in connecting me with financing, and was able to get a new unit installed for me. I am beyond grateful as I care for my 96 year old mom who suffers from dementia and is on hospice. Relocating her could have caused more confusion and anxiety. With the heat wave now in affect I was desperate to get my air conditioner repaired. Anthem made it happen! The 2 young gentleman who arrived at my home were so kind. My mom was still sleeping and they moved in and out so quickly and quietly. This has been a wonderful day. Many blessings to staff and management. Anthem installed my new system in 5/2022, the tech Kevon came out to do a maintenance. Kevon also was one of three techs that installed my system. I’m really pleased with him as a tech.

Scheduled for summer check of AC. Adrian found issues and explained what was necessary and what were options. He explained everything so I could see and understand. Adrian was great, very professional and friendly. This is my 2nd time using Anthem. Will definitely use them for all HVAC needs. Soooo, I thought this was a good company. Told I needed a capacitator for my AC. Cost was $425. I also have a house in Denver. AC not working properly. Told needed a capacitator..cost 130. I will probanly not use Anthem again. Way over priced!!!!!!!!
The scheduling Rep called the next day after I saw the add for the $49 HVAC Tune-Up, Cleaning and Check (and I scheduled for the 2nd day). I received a text, a confirmation of time period and this morning I saw a reminder text. Gabriel, the Service Tech called me about 15 minutes prior to his arrival and was professional and polite. He asked me to show him the condenser out back and unit in the garage closet. He told me what he would be doing, gave me a time expectation of “a little over an hour” and he went to work. He updated me a few times and then gave me the good news that everything is working well. He suggested the annual place and jump starter (since I have solar, he stated that they work better together. I declined those options and paid Anthem with a $49 check to avoid the 3% Merchant Fee and he went on his way. Gabriel and the team made my experience flawless.
Aweful experince . bad customer service . I called the manager and left a message but he didn't call me back. My experience with Anthem air doesn't have ANYTHING to do with the home warranty . My home warranty been excellent helping me . Also I called the manager 2 times after he called me and left a message but he never called me back again .
Anthony was the technician assigned to us. Our A/C was blowing out hot air and continuously running, even with the Fan on Auto. Turns out the fan was the only thing running and we needed a replacement battery in order for the whole system to work. Anthony determined the problem right away and replaced the battery; everything kicked on and the system is now working perfectly. He even looked in our attic to make sure that everything was working correctly. He was very professional and made us feel at ease. I highly recommend this company and Anthony.
Charles S. arrived within the 9-1:00 expected window. He greeted me with a very genuine smile. He explained what he was doing and was very professional. Thank you Anthem for sending a professional.
