These guys are helpful over the phone. Didn't have what I need, but pointed me to stores that have it in stock. Wasn't on hold very long. Sent a text to inquire while holding, also got a reply later that day.

First time delivering here, awesome place! Met Jim my forklift operator, great guy! It's places like this one that makes our OTR miles worth the drive.

Good luck trying to talk to someone on the phone, they say can you please hold and never pick up again.
Great service and a great selection of parts and equipment
call in to check if they have fan motor in stock, some one transfer me to the sales front desk . they answer it said please hold . after waiting for 40 min. still no one is answer the phone, so i hand up the phone .and drove there i went inside ,saw those sales are chatting story with each other. not even busy . this is not the 1st time i have experiencing , what is going on here ?

No room to move if you ask them to move stuff so you can be safe to move without hitting anything its like no if you know a 53ft trailer is coming in move your vehicles off the fuel line and make room this is ridiculous

All front desk personnel have bad attitudes. Manager should retrain them.
Ed is awesome..Always willing to offer his expertise on what I can use to install my ductwork or my equipment..
I'm sure everyone else is great and I honestly would come back no problem, BUT! You can't have some egoistic prideful and aggressive old man at the front desk. I saw him get aggravated and raised his voice to pressure two technicians next to me on a recent visit. English was clearly not their first language and yet here he was raising his voice. Worst service I've ever seen that I had to say something myself. Foreigners are not welcome there.
