Would recommend this company to my friends and family. Called to have someone check out my AC unit that was not blowing cold air. Steven was at my home within 2 hours of the phone call. He was very easy going and answered all my questions. The AC magically worked before there was any work done and Steven checked the unit and did not charge us. Just an overall good company with great people!
Top notch service!. Steven was on time, organized, detail oriented helpful and efficient. Given an amazing first impression, I will only be contacting A&R for my HVAC needs. I feel better now going into the summer with a tuned up system since I know how our valley temperatures can get. Thank you so much to Steven and the A&R team.
Steve came over to my house and helped our family out. We are expecting a baby tomorrow and were freaking out about our AC/Heater. He helped out and was incredibly knowledgeable.

My AC went out at 9:00 and was fixed by 12:00. Thank you Steve for the service and Terry for the quick turn around and the nice way I was treated by the A&R it was better than family.
We recently bought a house and were told our unit was new. During a storm our unit went out. After filing our claim they were here as soon as the rain let up so they could get up on the room. They really worked with us on throughly explaining what could happen, what we could do. They offer us many solutions if our insurance was to deny our claim. Offers financing. Terry was very friendly and knew how to explain in terms we could understand. Would recommend and go through them again
