I had contacted the HVAC service company who does the maintenance for our building as well as Power Pro. They were the first to respond back over the weekend and secured a time the very next day. It was reasurring to have a company that is not just responsive with answering service but most importantly experienced and professional technicians like Albert Gomez. The company also sends a text with the name and photo of the technician and ETA. This is also reasurring confirming who is coming to your home. Albert was patient to explain the issues with my tenant and gave me a peace of mind knowing that they also stand behind their work. It did not take him too much time to diagnose and fix the issue. Not having to wait for any parts or another visit. Everything was resolved on this one trip. Such that if there may be an unforseen problem that may come up, I can rely on them. I highly recommend them !
Luis is an excellent technician very responsible and professional and excellent employee with Power Pro plumbing who went above, and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my air conditioner was not leaking as I had presumed it to be. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Luis came to my house to evaluate my HVAC system. He took his time to check my concerns. Most importantly for me, he educated me on the various systems in my HVAC so that I knew exactly what it was that we were addressing. He provided recommendations along with estimates for the work that needed to be done. I appreciate when I am told what's the problem and what needs to be done to address it effectively and Luis did that.
Friendly service and knowledgeable as well! Made a preventative adjustment to my heater that could've gone unnoticed and led to further problems.

ad showed they would give Seniior discount (was none), technician was great (geo) company prevented him from completing work properly. Water heater was installed (basic package) but over flow copper pipe needed put on new heater and co gen manager said no not without paying more money.

He presented possible findings and recommendations to minimize surprises so we could make an informed decision. Grateful that our service request was assigned to Gilbert.
Joe arrived on time to service my water heater. He went to work immediately and completed his task. While completing his task he told me of some ways that I could preserve the life of my water heater which I appreciate very much. I found Joe to be professional, informative and friendly.

Luis was amazing. He walked me through the inspection and was very honest and fair about the state of our plumbing. He even pointed out some other details of the house that we should keep an eye on in the future. We ended up needing our tankless water heater serviced and he was able to book us a technician right away. Will hire again!
Called do due to a very clogged toilet. Aaron came by and inspected the problem. Aaron was extremely helpful and super professional. Definitely would recommend Power Pro plumbing for everyone!

My previous plumber made my water leakage situation worse so I called this plumbing company. The technician came, David, is very professional and experienced. Also, David was not pushing or aggressive, instead, he gave us sincere suggestions. We ended up not using the plumber due to cost but I do enjoy the experience and would be happy to contact them for future plumbing issues.
Albert Gomez came out to do a tune up on our AC unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and the logic behind the recommendations he made for our AC/Heating/Air Purifying needs. He also did additional checks around the house to make sure everything was working properly. From scheduling to job completion service was top notch.
Excellent Service and Workmanship! Guadalupe, Juan, and Fide did an amazing job! They repiped our home and provided excellent professional workmanship. What could’ve taken days, they handled in just two! I’m very happy with their service (and so is my family). In a similar vein, I’m very happy with the service and support Arnulfo, Mauricio, and Bryant provided, as they helped get this project to the finish line!
