People who are coming here for their first time make sure to remove your load bars before backing into a dock. Otherwise they will keep them. They did this to me and my friend. If you are a owner operator try not to deal with them. Worst place ive ever received from.
Worst place to pickup waited 3 hours for door 2 hours on dock still they saying product not ready it’s just 3 skids.
Place is horrible. Many many hours waiting after appointment times but don't be late to check in or you wait till next day. 12 to 36 hours have been common at this location. It's all lies from the office people. No food not even taco trucks to serve drivers.

Omg. These people are horrible. waiting here since 13 hrs. no washroom nothing. They think we are not humans. They are busy in their phones and chatting rather than doing the paperwork. pisssed off man. Never coming here again.
good people, check-in is on different locations, and you parked there. When they give you the door, get the sheet from the check-in booth and come to this location to dock

Don’t waste your time to come this location Firstly Always go the location 10735 Ocean Mist Pkwy, Castroville,ca . Five minutes from this location. See the guard shack, and check In there. Then you’ll get a call for door, then you can come here. Thanks
Yeah this place is a joke. Pickup or deliver. Should be out of business but probably charge low rates for cross docks
Wastes lots of time! This is one of the worst shippers in Salinas. Had many problems with them several times. They lie and blame driver never take responsibility. Very rude unprofessional staff.

Worst place ever. Don't come here. They would take 4 hours for chek in, 6 hour for get you load and another 2 hours for your paperwork.
Upon arrival, i check in there at 8:31AM Monday and On Tuesday around 7:30AM. They told me the load was cancelled.
I called them at 2pm and asked them about 8pm appt and they said you can check in till 9pm. After i get here around 8:20 they said we gonna take you as walk ins..i said i called u guys and he relplied i was not here at that time and the person whom you talk to is gonna be here tmrw and u can come and talk to him.i keep waiting and called them around 12 midnight for an update and they said there is one truck in front of you and next is your turn and i fall asleep and when i wake up around 4am. There is noone here.that's really crazy.so b aware guys.. Little update. Following morning they want me to reschedule appt and check in with new appt time again.. b careful fellow truckers.
