I have zero complaints. But I have one constructive criticism. However, I would like to be clear…. I am a Very satisfied customer. The only thing I would’ve probably liked to see differently is that: I needed a recharge on my system, I would’ve liked the estimate for doing a leak test but there was no offer for estimate
These guys have been amazing. We bought our property in 2019, and the previous owners had patched together the AC/heat system from various years and duck taped it all together. It was replaced in a day, with no hassle, no muss, and at a reasonable rate. They are quick to respond when I need them (once) and always perform the necessary maintenance checks. Today's techs were excellent, but every representative we've had has been outstanding!
We phoned at noon on Saturday and had someone come by 5 p.m. to inspect our air conditioner. Their employee was highly educated and helped us through the entire process. He took the time to discuss our alternatives and what would be best for us at the time. We had Goettl out to check at the unit previously, and they went away recommending a complete replacement with no possibility of repair. We will be choosing Coastal Comfort Air & Heating Repair for all future HVAC and plumbing needs! His work was fantastic and greatly appreciated in our home!

Our 18 year old water heater decided to spring a leak and after doing some research we decided to have Coastal Comfort Air & Heating Repair install our new one. We received same day punctual service and our installer, could not have done a better job. Since the last install there have been new codes put in place and he brought everything up to code for us, and explained all the new regulations. Great customer service. They were able to come out the next day when I called. There was a small scheduling mistake, but they still came out that day and gave me a discount for my time. They later came back to double check there were no leaks and that the ac was continuing to work properly.
