I've dealt with other vendors where they will tell you all of the things that could go wrong and nothing that could go right and will quote you a higher price. Or they will simply give you a high price because they don't want to do the job. I never felt that vibe from Jay's water heating repair. He's a small business owner and values all of his customers no matter the size of the job.
Ultimately a new compressor was needed or replace the unit so I decided to change the unit and the installation and new unit has been working great and appreciate staff and team in recommendation, professionalism, and quick response and service.

Diagnosed and took care of the problem quickly. Explained everything to my complete satisfaction. Took time to answer my questions about furnace and water heater. Friendly and efficient service. We realized that our AC wasn’t working properly about an hour after the installers left. We had a technician back out within an hour. He was super polite and replaced a faulty thermostat (wasn’t anyone’s fault). He stayed pretty late and made sure that everything was working properly. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks.
We've used a different company in the past but this would be a case of not knowing what you're missing until you have it!! Very professional. Thorough. In addition to giving you a service window, I appreciate the notice they give you when they are on their way. So Cal Green Air & Heater Repair installed AC/Heating unit. Installed the next day. Excellent professional work. Price was good. My tech was courteous and explained work to be done in a concise manner. This was by far the best experience using So Cal Green Air & Heater Repair.
