Dima is a wonderful employee. He represents your company well. Dima is knowledgeable and shared his knowledge regarding our heating system with us. I wish we could follow his advice to get an air filtration system but money is an obstacle for us. If we can figure a way to afford it in the future, we will definitely use this company because of our great experience with Dima!

Overall the service is awesome! Customer service helped me targeted the possible root cause of the AC no heating issue and scheduled a very early appointment. Technician Andrew is very professional, he came in time and fixed the issue very quickly. He also shared lots of maintenance knowledge with us.

Had some furnace problems! technician came as scheduled and performed a cursory check and then re-set the furnace. Unfortunately the problem continued to occur periodically, so the same technician came and did a more detailed investigation - and the problems appears to have now been resolved. GREAT SERVICE
