Really enjoyed working with them on my warranty related dishwasher repair. So much so, that the next time I had a problem, I requested that Sigma be assigned. Dusty was FAST, professional, and had the problem diagnosed quickly. They basically rebuilt my machine by the end and I'd use them again given the opportunity

Such an amazing company! The lady that answered the phone and spoke to me about my issues was very friendly. The gentleman came in just a few hours, right during the window that was scheduled. He was very polite and had patience with me answering all my questions and concerns. His service and sincerity were great and extremely impressive. Called on a Labor Day. They came out the same day to fix my fridge. The tech immediately identified the problem, and was very courteous and polite. The service was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be using Sigma Appliances again!
I've used their services twice now (the first time it was issue with my refrigerator, and then it was the washing machine). Each time Sigma Appliances provided an excellent service. I am so happy we found SIGMA and Vladimir. He is professional, knowledgeable and has fair pricing. Our clothes washer broke on a Sunday. Monday we called SIGMA, and Vladimir was able to visit just a few hours after I called. After about 45 minutes of working on the washer, he diagnosed and explained the problem. He found the part needed online and ordered it after we approved the repair. It was expected to arrive that Wednesday afternoon. He came back Thursday, quickly installed the new part, and our washer has been working perfectly. This was more than a month ago. I had researched the problem online before calling SIGMA, and his diagnosis and the part needed and the cost all matched up with what I had researched. I would call on him again in a heartbeat.

I submitted a request for quote on Monday and they called within 10 mins and had someone on Thursday. I have an extremely old Thermador oven and wasn't sure it was going to be fixable. Vladimir fixed it in under an hour. They are awesome and deserve the high ratings. Call them first before anyone else.
