What's the point of having an address and photo of the building when there's no office here? And no one answered the phone despite my calling within business hours. No biggie, though, I'm sure the reviews are accurate just this was my experience. Only had a few questions about what it's like working in HVAC anyway nothing special.

Pacific Coast HVAC technician came to my house earlier today. He was able to detect the problem and replace it with a new part all within 10 minutes. They are open 24 hours and are reasonably priced. I would recommend them to service your air conditioning or heater. Thanks Pacific Coast HVAC!
My technician from Pacific Coast HVAC was very professional, courteous and explained the work that he was going to perform. I am so pleased withPacific Coast HVAC. I called at noon and he told me a technician would be there within the hour. He came within the hour and installed my new Water Heater. The price was reasonable and I will surely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Excellent technician. He picked up on things that others missed and saved me a bundle because the gas was turned up way to high. He corrected and diagnosed the problem immediately. I will be sure to use them again.
Great customer service and extremely prompt response time. My technician took the time to tell me what he was doing and taught me what to look for going forward. He didn't try to upsell something I didn't need or create a problem that wasn't there. Highly recommended.
