A great family owned and operated business. They did a great job installing my heating system, and a year later, they installed my AC system. Very responsive for my service call as well.
One of the drivers got into a road rage incident with my husband that was literally doing nothing 🤦🏽♀️ Tried to get us to pull over and fight. Unprofessional
Hands down the best AC contractor out there! Everyone was super professional, friendly and took great pride in their work. They really know everything about AC/heating and will make sure it’s done right. The work was not rushed and final installation was immaculate. On top of the awesome professionalism they were extremely reasonably priced. Will never go elsewhere for AC or heating.
My furnace decided to stop working on the coldest day of the year so far! I called Castle and they responded extremely quickly. I thought I was going to have to buy a new furnace... They assessed the issue and fixed my furnace in minutes. Extremely professional, timely and great value.
Castle Air upgraded our HVAC system in Newbury Park. I compared prices with many vendors and they happened to provide the best value but more important they did a clean job quickly and were always on time. When I had an issue with my thermostat a year later they came right out and took care of it under warrantee at no cost to me. They also service my unit as needed.

Castle Air Inc just completed installing a new air conditioning unit, heater unit, and duct. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the job. Ryan was always available and the crew went above and beyond. It was refreshing to have a contractor that knows how to finish a project. Excellent workmanship from start to finish!
