Very satisfied with the work! The customer service rep. David was very helpful and professional, he scheduled the installation and helped me to choose the right window AC for our apartment. The technicians Vlad and Sasha were very professional and friendly, and did a great job 👏🏻

When I called West Coast Chief Repair, they quickly scheduled an appointment that worked for me, and their technician was a true appliance wizard, fixing my fridge like a champ. The quality of their repairs was top-notch, and they used high-quality parts to ensure long-lasting results. Their manager Michael was also very helpful when I had questions about the parts needed. Best of all, their pricing was fair and transparent, giving me excellent value for my money. West Coast Chief Repair is the real deal, and I'll definitely be turning to them for all my future appliance repair needs. Hats off to these awesome folks for a job well done!
My dishwasher was making a weird noise and wasn’t finishing the wash. It was close to 10 years old so I called West Coast and spoke with Junior who was very helpful in giving me different options to replace it. I bought one and he was able to schedule me the next day. Thanks for the quick turnaround, I will definitely use West Coast again once my fridge goes!
I had my stove broken and called West Coast Chief Repair and Anna got me scheduled asap. Tech was great n now my stove is working!! Love this place and Anna was the best
I was very impressed with the quality of service we received. My experience with this company and specifically their rep Ashley has been nothing but pleasant and smooth sailing! I was assigned to them via Fidelity National home warranty and I am so happy to have finally have an honest company that knows what they are talking about and does a great job on high end appliances, they did a great job repairing my fridge, cooktop, and double oven. I also found out they service HVAC systems as well and if needed I will definitely request that my home warranty assign me to West Coast again they are the BEST!!!

She is very professional, cordial and goes beyond thee call of duty. I requested from her a call from thee technician an hour before he would arrive! Adriana was very accommodating and relayed my request to the tech. Saving me time vs. waiting between 12pm - 5pm ! Adriana's gift of communication is stellar ! She truly is a wonderful image of West Coast Chief Repair. She is extremely genuine, caring and deserves a gold medal of excellence! Yea: A+ ! FIVE STARS FORE: Val, thee technician, is very skilled, professional and cordial in customer service. He knew exactly what was needed and did not have to turn on my dishwasher...! Superb repair done quickly and then he tested thee dishwasher! Yea! success! Val also has a cordial gift of communication and explaining on what needed to be done. He is very proficient, efficient and an excellent instructor re: how to solve thee challenge...IF/WHEN my oven door ever again stayed locked. Yea A+! Best AC repair company in town! My gravity heater was on the fritz and I could not find any company who worked on them, Andrew at West Coast assured me that they could resolve my issue and he was a man of his word, had my gravity heater working before the end of the weekend
My refrigerator went down and I didn’t know what to do in such short notice. Luckily Andrew at West Coast Chief Repair was able to resolve my refrigerator issues and had a tech out for me same day and the tech was able to fix it that same day!

I always keeps an extra fridge in my garage for storage. The old one I had kept breaking down and I didn’t want to replace it with anything fancy so I called Chief Repair to see if there were cheap options available. They connected me to Junior and he was able to find a cheap used fridge for me. I called on a Tuesday and had the fridge installed that Thursday. It’s been 6 months now and it still works great. Thanks Junior!
I had to have my AC repaired especially living in the valley. Anna helped me out and was able to have someone come in the same day and have it fixed and it is working amazing!

I'm a building manager b and we use West Coast for appliance purchases and repairs on everything from gas fireplaces to central heating and air conditioning. If I have something urgent or need help, I call Anna B. to help make my unreasonable requests happen. 😊
It has been a nightmare trying to get my 30 year old Sub Zero fridge repaired! The Warranty company had 3 other companies check the fridge before I got assigned to West coast chief repair. Finally a professional company was assigned!!! I got a next day appointment, the tech was really nice and able to diagnose the problem within 20 minutes, I spoke with Ashley who's customer service could not be any better! Ashley got the repair approved within a couple of days after going back and forth with my insurance company. The parts took 3 days to arrive and Ashley called to schedule the appointment ASAP. It has been a week and my fridge no longer is giving me a headache! Thank you so much Ashley and the West Coast team for making this such a seamless process! I will definitely be recommending you guys to my friends and family!
I am so pleased with this company. They came out because my refrigerator wasn’t working. I spoke to Anna, who made me an appointment for the same day. The technician came out and diagnosed and fix the problem with ease. I’m so happy I called them, and I will use them in the future!
