Vigen with North Air AC embodies the highest standard of customer service and professional installation. He returns phone calls immediately; shows up on time; and is an expert in air conditioning and heat pump installation. He is a perfectionist, and does everything the correct way. He explains things as he goes; double checks his work; and leaves the work site immaculate. His prices are competitive, but his service is outstanding. He recommended a Trane AC/heat pump unit, and am very happy with the quality product.

I used this company to get a brand new A/C system put in. They came out right away, changed out my unit, all the ducts and even changed wiring. Everything was done quickly in two days and very professionally. I would definitely recommend using them. They can fix anything A/C related.
Our town home had a unit that was original to the building and was NOT keeping up! We called North Air and they were able to come look at it the next day! We ended up replacing the unit, the work was very well done and the quotes for budget and time were right on!!! Vigin was a joy to work with! Highly, recommend!
Vigen and the crew at North air came in and did a fantastic job with a complete AC replacement for our house. Prices were reasonable, he talked me through the process and worked with my budget and preferences. They care about the work they do and he answered follow up calls and questions we had. I called North Air and they gave me an appointment for the next day. They showed up when they said they would and quickly diagnosed the problem. They had spare parts on their truck that my Trane system needed and quickly repaired my system.

Mr Vigen and his professional team at North Air Inc, performed a complete TRANE installation consisting of state of the art XV19 Variable Speed Low Profile Heat Pump as well as an Air Handler, coil and ducting.This system connected to a ComfortLink II WiFi XL850, acting as the main control on the whole system, I am able to set or change temperatures for any day of the week using my cellphone.. I am extremely happy on the performance and the quality of TRANE product line.I highly recommend if you need HVAC to contact North Air Inc. and also the TRANE product line.
We were exceptionally pleased with the thoroughness and care Vigen brought to our project. He treated our home with the same attention to detail as if it were his own. He made sure everything was working, explained what was happening at each step, and cleaned up afterwards. And he was never in a rush; he took the time to make sure the job was done right.
Vigen Is a wonderful person and a great repair man he’s honest and quick and it was wonderful to deal with him after we had a very bad experience with another AC repair company you won’t go wrong with these people they’re honest and good

North air crew are excellent. Great technicians and so through Vigen is fantastic, great workmanship What I found most remarkable is how compassionate he is. He really cares about what we need and delivers in a timely manner. My air conditioner died in 100degree temps and Vigen and his crew made sure to replace as quickly as possible. I Highly Recommend North Air. Hands down The Best!!!

This is one of the best services I have received. I called him at 3:45pm on Saturday , he said he will be here at 4:30. But guess what he came at 4:15 earlier than what he said. I called many places in Glendale/Burbank and most of them said they will call back in 10mn which never did. He not only fixed our problem but also he detected an issue which could possibly became a potential hazard. I was also impressed with his speed and professionalism. Mr Vivek we are very grateful.
