Got our AC and furnace replaced with new high efficiency versions. Cost was fair and we are so glad we went with Maverick Heating & Cooling Solution's. The team came in and installed them in a couple days with no complaints. I wanted to say thank you so much for being such wonderful people and also for the great service.
From the friendly representative on the phone, scheduling the appointment, to the timeliness of the technician’s arrival, the experience was great. Not only did he take care of the issue, he explained what he was doing and how it all was supposed to work correctly. Then he offered suggestions should we need further work done. From quote to completed work, the two gentlemen were very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was explained when I was quoted and again on the day the work was being done. The receptionist was courteous and helpful on the phone. Tech came to my house promptly and was very careful about cleanliness and explaining my system to me. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly and gave me good advice about future care of the heat & air conditioning system. Had my A/C checked by Maverick Heating & Cooling Solution's. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. We looked at the inside and outside unit together, answered any questions that I had and cleaned up their mess. Highly recommended.
We had Randy come out for our heat & AC tune-up, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. He was extremely detailed and was very skilled and informative. He was willing to explain everything he was doing and gave us clues on how to properly maintain our systems. Will surely recommend him & request him for future services!
