a guy shows up 3 hours late. He comes to look at the AC. He was working on it and then I heard something break. Turns out he broke the condenser with his wrench. He said Sorry for the mistake but then he billed our insurance $1500. I am pretty sure they a scam based company. I would not use these guys for anything. They are stealing money from people.
Guy came over 2 hours late. He reeked of alcohol. He was slurring his words and speaking in Russian. He walked in look at our unit for two seconds and then start to fall down on the floor drunk. It was an awful experience. I reported them to the insurance company but they said they already submitted a bill for $500. STAY away from these guys.
They came it fix our AC, The technician was an hour late then he yelled at my wife, He smelled of alcohol when he came into the house. He left the house he said to get a tool for the AC and he never came back again. He told the insurance he completed the job. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!! BEWARE! SCAM!!!!!!!
Worst experience I have ever had working with a company. The stole from us. Then the technician tried to bill the insurance company when he did not fix the issue. They actually broke our AC unit. Then the technician stole some cash from us. DO NOT USE GLOBAL HVAC!!!!!!!!! WORST COMPANY IN THE VALLEY
Lied about calling me. Didn't honor appointment
Absolute worst. Inconsiderate. Rude. Unprofessional. Not wearing a mask. Rescheduled because he couldn’t find parking. Argued with me. Lied about completing the job. Competed the task in the system. American Home Shield policy said we have to wait for consumer relations to resolve the issue since they claim they completed the job which will charge us for the visit despite the fact they did no work whatsoever. Aaron should be fired imo.
Called them couple of days ago for the problem we had with our furnace not coming on. The technician Kevin showed up same day and fixed the issue quickly. On time, polite, wearing face mask and charged us very fair price compared to the last guys we used. Can’t complain !!
Absolute anarchy. Believe the 3/5 review on this company. Company represents poor business ethics and gets most business from home warranty company contracts, companies that will weasel out of a contract based off this company's inaccurate assessment. Employees show up and state that my compressor unit lived it's lifespan, however they go to the warranty company and state that parts are bad due to "missing parts". Missing parts they refer to were never required or built with at the time of installation 16 years ago! When questioned for clarification the company began back pedaling stating their initial claims were mistaken. Even the almighty google and 2 other HVAC companies stated that my unit lived its life and that the unit was properly cared for Manager did NOTHING to address my concerns. I wouldn't take the time to type all of this out if I didn't thing they were an unethical company with poor leadership and service who do not deserve your business. Like me I'm sure you work hard for your money. Use it elsewhere. Hopefully this review can save one of you. Avoid at all costs.
I was introduced to Global HVAC thru my AHS warranty company, after I saw the reviews I was worried but I decided to go with them and give them a chance. They are very reliable company, I had the most amazing experience with the two serviceman, Kevin was so professional and after checking my AC he knew exactly where the problem was and he promised to come back ASAP because they had to order a part but if they had it in stock they would come back the next day. To my surprised the office called me the same day and made an appointment to come back the next day. I have to say they are very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and swift. I highly recommend this company, ask for Kevin if he is available. Thank you Kevin and Global HVAC, I will be able to sleep better tonight.
My hvac stopped working and AHS assigned Global HVAC to inspect and repair. The technician looked at the hvac and wrote up report saying “fuse” is missing and AHS denied the coverage. It all seems very fishy - I wouldn’t trust this company.
They don't know anything about 2 stage units, which is the most common central A/C type for residential and commercial use. Additionally, Simon claimed that my A/C condenser required a fuse, even though it already had a breaker. Fuses were used ages ago; everything now uses a breaker. They need to update their knowledge of the current technology and improve their customer service.
Had a great experience with this company. The technician was very knowledgeable. You diagnosed the issue quickly and fix it in the timely manner.
We have an older A/C + Furnace on top of our home so we have had to call Global HVAC out twice. Both times, the service was great, the technician was on time, and they fixed our issues quickly. I especially enjoyed that they thoroughly explained everything they were doing and what the problems with our unit are. It helped me understand why my A/C was broken and how it needed to be fixed.
These guys are awesome! Great work and super friendly - will use them again.
Global HVAC is a very reliable company per my experience with this company the two serviceman that have serviced my heating unit were very professional efficient knowledgeable and very much on time very punctual. I highly recommend this company to and that they solved the issues that I was concerned about with my unit
Thank you Global HVAC. I called the day before Thanksgiving eve with an urgent matter. We had no heat in our house and my 82 year old mom and my husband's 94 year old grandma were due to come to our house for Thanksgiving dinner. I was so afraid that the holiday would be ruined with no heat in the house. However, I called Global HVAC. Sam arrived at my house at 7:30 or 8 a.m the next morning. He quickly identified and fixed the problem. He showed me where and why our system shut down and then offered and quickly completed the recommended maintenance on both downstairs and upstairs units. I am so grateful. Our house is so warm and cozy now and look forward to a wonderful Thanksgiving day with our family.
Kevin came out to service our ac. In this heat we couldn’t handle it. He came out in a timely fashion. He loves dogs. Always a bonus. Very reasonable prices. Cleaned up after he was done. Very friendly! -angelo
I'm fixing the work that they failed to do at my clients house they were supposed to fix leaks in the system yet failed to do anything remotely close to doing so. They didnt even check to see if things were working properly or if they were working at all under no circumstances would I approve of this work.
My air conditioning stopped working ,and i called my home warranty company they sent global air to come and fixed the issue. Technician name Simon showed up very knowledgeable he explained what is wrong with my unit and fixed it in less than an hour. Thanks Simon and thanks global.
0 stars if possible. American Home Shield sent them out and it was a horrible experience. The technician complained upon walking in my home. A $5 tube was needed. I went out and bought another because they said would take several days for them to get it (I bought the tube at a store a mile from me) however they wouldn't return to put it on because they said they were too busy and I'd have to wait until the following week, and further they were unwilling to put in the report to AHS until after the weekend (they came out Friday morning). Global HVAC front desk operator acted as though the job was a bother. Eventually I was told I would have to pay more out of pocket because it wouldn't be covered under the warranty plan. Apparently a tube got up and walked out of my attic recently - resulting in them getting paid for the service call and wanting to charge me more on top of it. I was given a refund by AHC finally, and hired someone else.
