I had HVAC complete install on my home. The installers were very respectful of my home and pets. They showed up on time every day ( 3 days) and cleaned up after themselves. They reviewed how everything worked and addressed all my questions. I am so happy with my service and how they respected my home!
I needed a new HVAC system installed. After multiple quotes from multiple companies Air Max was the most knowledgeable, offered the best value and product. Adam did a great job explain what type of system we needed for our home and found a solution that was in our budget.
We're early on in our relationship but thus far I'm impressed: Matt was knowledgeable & helpful, Alonso & Gerardo seemingly did a great job (all in one day), and the girls in the office have all been responsive & pleasant. I suppose the real "crunch" lies in the days ahead, but we're off to a good start. Rex L Swihart
Rolando came early, quickly installed my new Nest thermostat, and identified and fixed my HVAC problems. I recommend Rolando and AirMax highly!

We had an upright heater replaced and an A/C added to our prefab modular home. It was a 2 day installation and the crew did an excellent Job! We are super happy!
Genaro was professional, courteous, and responsive. We ended up using a different contractor, but Air Max was competitive in pricing and pleasant to deal with.
The crew that came were very polite, neat, organized and friendly. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone in need.

This company works with Home Depot to sell and install HVAC. Their work is average quality but their price is 30% higher than the other companies.
Work took 2 days, cause I was replacing almost whole system, for a Bigger one. They were nice and profesional, explained all my questions, overall exceding allmyexpectation.

Great customer service from start to finish. Adam explained in detail the equipment being installed. The work crew was very professional and commutative regarding the work being performed. The work was performed on time and of high quality. There was peace of mind when a third technician came to inspect their work after being completed. They also did the walk through with the city inspector a few weeks later. I would definitely be recommending them. Thank you guys!
Spam Calling They've been calling me every single day with the request I've never asked for. It was Chris who I talked before and he was nice, but this guy named Matt on the phone was super rude saying he can't remove me from the list. I've never used this business. Wonder how they've got my number? Perhaps you can change your attitude because this is called spam calling.
Alfonso and Eugene arrived on time. There was a defect in the delivered product and they had a replacement within about an hour. We were told the job could take until 5 and they were done by 2. They’re work was clean, professional and excellent quality. The installation included a new thermostat which we are pleased with. Air Max found us in Lowe’s and every associate was pleasant to work with.
I've used this company twice before where they only charged me $84 per visit. This time they charged me $175 for a 30 minute house call including the replacement of 2 fuses. No invoice received. You decide whether this is good value.
Heater was working - condensate pump was not - called to repair condensate pump - said he repaired it but now heater doesn't work at all. DO NOT CALL THESE FOR SERVICE
