Josh was great!! He explained what he was doing and answered any questions I asked. When he completed the maintenance service, we discussed areas of concern and how to identify issues that may come up. Glad I went with Ace Heating & Cooling Service Inc.
We had Henry come out for service today and I have to say I will be asking for him in the future! He was amazingly professional, courteous and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond what he was called out for and helped me get better acquainted with a newly installed system! A real gem!
I had a great experience with Ace Heating & Cooling Service Inc. I had some issues with my furnace keeping up. They came and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. Turns out all I needed was a general maintenance. They were honest and gave me pointers on keeping my furnace running. I will be using them in the spring.
Ace Heating & Cooling Service is an amazing company. We have our Heat, AC, and Water Heater with Isaac. The service is outstanding. Appointments are easy to make online or on the phone. The technicians always call ahead and are accurate in their time frames. The technicians are polite and efficient. We definitely recommend them for all of your residential needs.

These guys did excellent work on removing my electric furnace and installing my gas furnace. Not only did they take the time to show me everything they did, I had the inspection done on the installation afterwards by my propane suppliers and he was extremely impressed with the quality
I just had a wonderful experience with Ace Heating & Cooling Service. The service tech came to my home and figured out what was wrong with my unit within minutes. He explained the problem and he completed the repair in a timely fashion and he explained things in a way I could understand. He was professional, courteous, and honest. We had a problem with one of our heat pumps and we called these guys. They were able to get the parts required quickly and get us back up and running.I was very impressed with their work and will highly recommend them.
Excellent service all around. I called to schedule an appointment. A few moments later I received a call back offering an immediate appointment if I wanted it. I did and a technician showed up within 20 minutes.He was professional and did a remarkable job. I would definitely recommend them.

Patrick was able to give me accurate pricing over the phone. upon inspection and confirmed issue, they were able to fix the situation without any extra problems or needs. On-time and confirmed appointment the day before. Will certainly use again if I have any AC issues in the future.
