We had been putting off spending the money on a ductless air con unit for our bedroom. . . can only say, worth every penny! I found the company and from the get go they were hands down wonderful. The team of two arrived on time, explained everything and left our place spotless. Scored high in the customer service dept. as well with pre-appointment reminder, and after service follow up call. We loved our experience with Gustavo & his team! They made the process from start to finish (consultation to installation) stress free. They came early in the morning to install our new air conditioning system. They worked all day and stayed until the end to make sure everything was working properly. They were kind, professional, and even made sure our house was clean before they left. They gave a fair price and made sure we were comfortable while they worked. I HIGHLY recommend!!
The technician stayed around after he corrected it to make sure the home was cooling down and took the time to explain and demonstrate the issue to me. When a business get full five stars, I always have some trepidation, but this is well merited.

The L.A. weather seems to get hotter and colder for longer periods each year, plus the ever increasing cost of natural gas, we have finally decided to replace our gas furnace with an energy efficient heat pump/AC for our home. I contacted Gustavo through a friend's referral. Gustavo, owner of GC Heating and Cooling, was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining what types of equipment that best fit our needs. The price was really reasonable, even after 8 months of delay on my part, Gustavo honored the price originally quoted. I got a 5-ton American Standard heat pump with AC for my 2600 sft 2-story home. The crew was fantastic, the entire installation took two days. The heating equipment that used to occupy a closet in the hallway got moved into the attic, the noise from the HVAC equipment really got reduced and we gained an extra closet space! With the new ducting and vents we can feel the heat quickly through out the house in the ongoing winter storms. We cannot wait for the hot summer to try out the AC! Overall we love the service and will recommend GC Heating and Cooling to all of our friends for their HVAC needs. Gustavo will be my HVAC go-to guy from now on!
Gustavo has been my "go to guy" for AC service and repair for a many years. His company has always exceeded my expectations, so when it came time to replace my 30+ year-old system, I naturally chose him. I decided on a Heat Pump system with two zones for my 2600 sq.ft. two-story home. This is a relatively new form of heating and cooling so I was a little hesitant at first to deviate from the traditional furnace system. Gustavo quoted a two-day installation. His crew arrived on time and finished the job within the time period promised. His crew was very professional and took care not to damage any of our property. Gustavo, who is the company owner, personally over saw the work, which was of high quality. The overall cost was very competitive and I would highly recommend GC Heating and Cooling, whether for equipment service/repair or full installation of a new system.
I have used GC Heating and cooling twice. once to replace air conditioner and duct work and theromostat and another time to replace a gas furnace and thermostat. Each time gave me a good competitive price, quality materials used, installation was fast and reliable work done. I would recommend using this company for your cooling or heating needs.
Assigned GC via home warranty repair (ORHP). Was very impressed with them throughput entire process. Then ended up having to order and install a new condenser and evaporator coil. Technician (Juan) and other two members of crew we’re very professional and did a great job. Was also very pleased and impressed with the overall on-going communication from their customer service representative (Alondra). Highly recommend this company.
