I enjoy working with this company because they are prompt and professional. The technician was on time and explained to me in easy to understand terms what I could do to improve air flow after placement of my system. Ralph was very thorough on my maintenance check and was a joy to work with. Our system works great and we are so thankful to have chosen this company.
Peter calmly and efficiently installed at easy-to-use thermostat in one duplex and in the other restored heat which had been our since the floods in January inundated the connections. I had assumed it was impossible to fix since there had been a big flood in the crawl area, but Peter was undaunted and patiently worked on it until it was fixed. What a pleasure to have heat again. Incredible company to work with. They were highly professional, knowledgeable, and just a joy to work with. We recently upgraded from a 60-year old heater to a high efficiency furnace going with Allstar. My wife and I are so pleased with the new furnace, ducting and filter. It makes an amazing difference during this cold winter, not to mention the clear air we breathe now. Allstar was recommended to us, and we will be recommending to others!

This team is competent, professional, friendly, on time, well-informed, up-to-date; they are highly trained and knowledgable. I needed to replace an old heater and wanted AC. Allstar was the best-priced, but also able to personalize the location of the AC to make it less unsightly and out of the way. Highly recommended. I can't thank them by name, but I want them to be given bonuses!!! Thank you, Allstar.

Alex is so knowlegable and very thorough in his work. He explains everything clearly and every step of the way. As long as Alex is the one that services my AC I will have them back; without him, I will look elsewhere.
I love Allstar and have heating, filter system and now air conditioning installed. The team who installed the air conditioning was professional and knowledgeable and patiently spent time helping me to understand the increased complexity of the wall thermostat! We found Allstar through Costco, and are VERY happy that we chose Allstar to replace our red tagged furnace, and install a new air conditioning unit. The attention to detail and responsive communication, from start to finish, made this major investment go very smoothly. With so many businesses out there that promise a lot but under deliver, it is truly comforting to know that Allstar fulfilled their promises at every level. James was my technician today for 6 mos maintenance. He did a great job as always.He has been my technician several times.. very knowledgeable. On a scale of 1 to 10 with ten as the highest I would give him a 10.
This company was amazing. Everyone was so pleasant to work with, honest about what could and could not be done. Worked hard every day, cleaned up after themselves each day! It was the coldest time of the year but on day one they showed up with space heaters for me to use knowing I had no heat!
After calling 4 other heating and air conditioning places, I asked a friend what they used and they suggested Allstar. They actually pick up there phone was able to come in a few days during a busy time for heating repair. They were able to fix my furnace during one visit. Highly recommend.
Being in the Metal Finishing Service business for 25 years now, it comes as a surprise to find a technician that is on time, extremely knowledgeable and caring of his work. Alex is all of these attributes and more. As much as i tried to "stay in his way" Alex finished the piping of my split LG AC/Heat unit in my garage, his attention to detail was outstanding and as he worked he explained every step. he was organized in his work path and double even triple checked all of his work and mine. Allstar Heating & Air are fine folks and will take care of your heating and cooling needs and Alex is one of their finest.....Thanks Alex!!!
I called All Star Heating today about the lack of airflow in some of my rooms. Colton was able to send Gus out this afternoon! Gus was very helpful, climbing around in my attic adjusting all the dampers. Amazingly fast and efficient service and I even received a call back from Colton to confirm everything was working well. I highly recommend All Star Heating for any of your HVAC needs.
Wanted to install new AC in my home. Researched several companies in the area. By far, Allstar was the most professional, straight-forward (no gimmicks), and clear pricing / communications. They exceeded my expectations in on-time installation and permit approvals. Reid was outstanding. One minor issue was resolved quickly. Very pleased with this experience.
