They give you a 4 hour window for appointments so you have to wait for their technician for possibly 4 hrs and they also can cancel the appointment after waiting for 4 hrs. Based from experience, not the best HVAC repair company.

Negative to zero stars if at all possible. This is a very very poorly run business. They promised next day repair for a very urgent issue (called in the morning to make the appointment). They never called back after giving them all essential information. Not only did they cancel the appointment, they delayed the appointment by 2 DAYS. Which doesn’t sound like much but when the customer who needs it is terminally ill. With cancer he is is HORRIBLY uncomfortable due to the urgent repair and has only weeks to live. You think they would try their best given this information (I specifically said that it is for a cancer patient)? Incredibly disappointed to a degree of amazement.
