I am VERY happy with the installation of my new heater and AC units!  NWP did a fantastic job!  They were on time, courteous,  respectful of property.  They left everything very clean. They take us through maintenance and made sure we were satisfied before wrapping up.  I can't say how much I appreciate their professionalism and assistance in getting this job done!  5 stars.  Would absolutely recommend!

While we experienced a number of issues with the home warranty company, NWP was extremely helpful in navigating those issues and was quick and efficient when it came to doing the work of installing a new furnace, AC, and creating a zoned system in our home. They understood the importance of getting this work done with speed and quality.

Every interaction we had with Jasmine and the technicians was professional, kind and courteous. They were transparent about every step of this process and especially what to expect since we opened this work order through our Home Warranty Company. Jasmine was super proactive in her communications with me. Great team.

Absolutely pleased with their professional service and great pricing, the company sent one of their experts technicians which was able to determine cost for repairs vs. a new AC unit, I did more research afterwords and determined a new AC unit was the way to go, the office scheduled me for install in timely manner and now here I’m enjoying my new AC unit, today is 107 out there but it feels so nice with our new AC unit inside the house, I will absolutely recommend NWP to my family and friends!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TBEY ARE HORRIBLE READ ON TO SEE WHY.. THEY Came to evaluate & diagnose the central air unit at the house & told us nothing was wrong its working how it should well if thats the case why can't we get our AC lower than 80° & why won't the fan even blow air through the vents yesterday the temp in our house was 83° downstairs & 90° upstairs we know have to spend more money to have another company come diagnose the Central Air System. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE THEIR TECHNICIANS ARE LAZY & WILL FAIL TO SPEND THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF TIME DIAGNOSING & GETTING TO THE BOTTOM OF YOUR PROBLEM CAUSING YOU TO SPEND FURTHER MONEY THAT DURING THIS TIME NOT MANY OF US HAVE EXTRA MONEY.

During extreme heat last week I called NWP about a broken air conditioner. I had used them before several years ago. I expected to be told they were booked out for weeks. To cut a long story short they arrived later that day and took care of the problem in the spot. We have three AC units, all older than 14 yrs old. I was very impressed that Cesar and his companion and remembered Cesar from last time. Thank you NWP for fixing our AC during the heat. I will definitely call them next time we have a problem.

NWP installed a new furnace in my home. The job was "completed" in early October, when they demanded the final payment. I asked if they had received approval on the final inspection for the permit, and they assured me they had. In February, while at the Permit Office in Vallejo, I was informed that I still had an open permit with them, that they had not had the final inspection. That permit will soon expire, if it has not already. By that time, one of the ducts they had installed had fallen down and torn; the wires leading to the thermostat had also fallen down across the door. I called and asked them to come out to fix, and to schedule the final inspection. They never showed, When I called to ask where they were, they rescheduled. At that later date, they sent out a technician to survey the problems; he promised he would return the following Thursday to fix them, and would schedule the inspection for Friday morning. None of these things occurred. I texted him and received no reply. So, at this point I have a working furnace, drooping and torn ducts, falling wires, no final inspection, and am missing one register because it was taken to match the size by the technician. I am moving to file a complaint with the Contractors State License Board. I would recommend you find someone else for the job. P.S. Just discovered that their license has been suspended by the CSLB for failure to post a bond.
