Very responsive, as soon as they had the part they came out. Turned out I had a bad gas valve so they replaced that instead and everything is working great now. I’m very happy with their service, especially how quickly they respond and schedule visits
Very happy with the excellent service for 2 jobs. The phone was answered by a live person, and the work was scheduled the next day. The first one was a floor furnace, which needed to have a relight the pilot light. Rudy needed to come back a second time, and fixed the safety value, and then called at 6 pm to make sure it was still working. The second job was a transformer that blew in the furnace, and Rudy diagnosed the problem, and put in the new part the following day. Highly recommend them.
Called in to have a consultation about my A/C system not heating up - technician arrived and diagnosed the issue. Within the hour my air conditioning was up and running - highly recommend R.O.
