Friendly, honest and knowledgeable what more could you ask for told me exactly what was wrong with my AC unit and how much it would cost to fix it and they fixed it for less than what they had quoted me for
Great experience from initial call to completion of work! We hired Kyhn to move our AC unit to a less noisy place in the yard, and to direct more of the AC air flow to a warm front room. Garry, the owner, came out to our house, provided a free quote, was friendly and professional. Ryan called us with the quote info, explained the process in detail, and set everything up for the work to be done. The crew was considerate, professional, and performed all work as promised. We highly recommend Kyhn!
Well where do I start? Tech did not wear mask in my home. We called them out for water leaking in the hall closet where coils are located. The p trap was clogged. He then preceded to jam the clog even more by forcing water, hoses,etc. Knowing it was still slow to drain. We had to shut off the air in 107 degree heat!!! It was flooding!We called the next day got answering service. Explained what was happening and she said she would let them know. That was 4 days ago!!!! What part do you not understand that we are FLOODING!!!! This service call cost $325! The dye added to find slow leaks was $135 that was not mentioned beforehand. My husband has been emptying water every few hrs even in middle of the night! Never again! Don't know what you could do to make this right...other than a refund on service call!
My mom in Merced was having an issue with her thermostat not working, being three hours away I reached out to Kyhn to see if they could help. They sent someone out within 24 hours, verified the thermostat was bad before replacing it. Installed the thermostat and checked to ensure everything was working and connected it to her nest account. She said the technician was friendly and efficient and provided an amazing service. Thank you Khyn for taking care of my mom!
The technician that came out was great and repaired our A/C quickly and great price. They were able to get to us next day, which meant a lot to our family since it was during peak season. Thank you!!!

I have used Kyhn’s A/C and Air for many years and I highly recommend them. Gary Kyhn has taken care of my sheet metal and Air conditioning work with a level of expertise and knowledge that I have come to trust and depend on. They are dependable and conscientious about their quality of workmanship and I have always felt they give it their best and perform their work to the level of satisfaction guaranteed. Considering their steady service through the years and timely and quality work ethics I highly recommend them to take care of all your Hvac installation and service needs.
You cant find a more honest company. My land lord sent out someone who didn't fix or find the problem, but then I had Kyhn's come out and they found and fixed the relatively simple problem that it was.
I've used Khynn's 3-4 times in 15 years and 2 or 3 times other company's. Its all too expensive from everybody, but these guys were honest, and showed up when they said they would. Once I wanted to replace entire system, and declined to accept the job and I went elsewhere, but that is still honest.
In my opinion this place is over priced and under skilled.
