My mini split was just installed yesterday. At this time I will have to give Air Rite 5 stars -- good price, very professional and friendly installment, and explained how everything worked. I hear we are going to be getting a hot spell so looking forward to a cool experience.
Air Rite did a great job for us from quote to scheduling to AC Condenser and Fan Coil replacement. Their team is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented.
Having used Air Rite for new heating and air conditioning at our home we knew who to go to for our business. This was a big job in an old building and we needed a business that would be efficient, professional and timely. Air Rite is dependable and went out of their way to give us GREAT service. From fixing and repairing existing air conditioning to installing a new one, they are the ones to call. The pricing is very comparable to other companies, and they are professional through and through from Arni to the administrator in the office to the installers. It is a rarity and a relief to find great service. Lastly, the efficientcy in scheduling us so fast and completing the job before expected was a cherry on top. We will always recommend Air Rite.

Very happy with the new AC and Heater unit and the service of Air Right. Yes, we do need AC in Los Osos because it can really roast in the summer with no wind at times. Also, with the horrendous price of natural gas, we are so happy to have a quiet steady electric heater unit.

Air Rite has provided us with new HVAC systems and sheet metal on 9 new homes and one complete rebuild/remodel in Atascadero and Paso Robles since 2016 with the final one being finished as I write this review. They have been fair and professional and have stood by all work. If I have a question they respond at once. I have also recommended them to clients and friends who have later reported how pleased they were with their new system.
I have been using Air Rite for over a decade on many projects from small mini-split adds to restaurants to huge apartment complexes. The value and speed at which they get things done I have not seen in SLO County. Air Rite is my #1 HVAC Sub-Contractor. I highly recommend them.
Here at North County Animal Hospital, we are so grateful for Arnie and his crew! They keep us cool in the summer and cozy in the winter! Anytime we have a need they are quick to address it! We use Air Rite for filter maintenance and any repair issues. They always go above and beyond in service and quality, plus Arnie is an overall nice guy! I would recommend Air Rite without hesitation!
My Construction Company (Palomar Homes) has used Air Rite Heating and Air for the past 12 years on dozens of new home projects. Arne and his crew are always attentive, courteous to me and my clients and do a fantastic job. Air Rite installations are clean and complete. In my 38 years of building, Air Rite has clearly been our best Heating and Air contractor.
We needed to have our AC unit serviced and called Air Rite. The woman who works in the office was attentive and kind. They were really busy because it has been so hot but she let us know the soonest they could send someone out. When the technician arrived he was kind and courteous. He went above and beyond to clean out the leaves that were in our unit and made it ready for summer. Thanks Air Rite!
Air Rite certainly did right by me! Our 20 year old HVAC system, which had been nursed along for the last few years, finally gave up the ghost. Arne came out and assessed the situation and recommended a reasonably priced replacement system. This morning he sent his team of Cameron, Daniel, David, and Keith, and they went to work. Before 3:00 p.m. on this wickedly hot day in the North County (105°+), they got our new furnace and air conditioning units installed, up, and running. Thank you, Air Rite!
From initial call the receptionist kept telling me have to check the schedule and get back to me. She never actually returned my call. When i hadnt heard from her by 11am each day i would call her to check in. After 4 days i was told the next day i was on the schedule for the am. Never showed. At 2pm i got a call from the service man telling me not today, maybe tomorrow have to check the schedule. I called "Air Left" at 220 pm, he could tell i was frustrated and had my AC repaired and running by 410pm. Same day.
