I have used LA HVAC Expert's for 6 years. We had a furnace issue on a Sunday that we had an open house scheduled. They were very meticulous in the assembly and testing of the system. Thank you, Eddie, for taking care of our residents!!
Great Service! They provided a frank, accurate estimate--which they stuck to. They have serviced our 4 rentals and my house. Eddie came out and was able to diagnose the issue with our unit. He gave me updates along the way, was always kind and courteous, and was positive throughout the process. The estimates were right on the nose too. LA HVAC Expert is the best Southern California has to offer! Your serviceman, Danny, arrived on time and immediately began work. Had an intermittent problem with my furnace shutting down and going into a one hour lock out mode. The problem was not in the unit itself but in the controller. LA HVAC Expert provided excellent technical and customer-oriented service in the installation of a heat pump and a mii-split in our older. The technician performing the installation was very knowledgeable and professional. I also liked that when I called I didnt have to talk with answering service first. Communication was on point, technicians on time, professional and efficient. Forget searching around for HVAC companies. Very, very satisfied with their solution and cannot recommend them more highly.

Ryan is one of the best techs I have encountered. He came and provided a thorough evaluation and repair of our furnace. He practiced safety with his mask and gloves, and was very professional. Of course only time will tell with respect to the systems, but I would highly recommend LA HVAC Expert in Laguna Niguel.

Awesome customer service! The next morning, Jack called me to let me know they were on their way and gave me an estimated arrival time. They showed up and started working right away. They had the parts to fix my heater in stock and it was back up and running in no time. I would definitely recommend them.

They did a great job clearing an error code on the boiler and making sure all the thermostats and heating zones are working correctly. The service began with a cleaning (inside and out), and comprehensive measurements of system performance. Had an issue with our heater. He fixed the issue quickly and for slightly cheaper than the bid. Had another issue a few days later and they did trouble shooting until the issue was resolved. He explained the job that he was doing and I understood all of it. Great service from great people.
