Upton replaced both of our home HVAC units and has been servicing both our home and our commercial property for several years. Matt and his team are honest, prompt, and knowledgeable. Rosalind, the office manager, does a superb job of coordinating services with multiple tenants and is super responsive and flexible. I highly recommend Upton and will continue to use them for our future HVAC needs.

Great customer service. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Upton Air replaced an old AC unit with a state of the art, energy efficient and affordable unit converting from natural gas to electric. They do water heaters too!
I had Upton install a new Mitsubishi heat pump system. This company has been a class act the whole way through. On time, friendly, honest, great pricing! They even got me several thousand dollar rebate! I could not have imagined I would have such a great experience replacing my heating and ac system. Upton impressed me from start to finish. Matt at Upton Air Heating & Air Conditioning was extremely polite, professional and friendly. He explained all the work he did and how to use the new equipment. I am extremely happy with the cooling/heating unit I choose. I couldn't have made this excellent choice without their guidance. I am so appreciative of the service from the paperwork to the install! I highly recommend Upton Air and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends . I am a female senior citizen who will continue to have Upton Air service my home.
Do not use this company, the only positive thing I can say is that the owner was very polite. I had them replace all my duct work on 06/27/22 for a cost of $3600.00. I got a text from one of the workers letting me know his ladder slipped and did damage on one wall. When I returned home after the installation there was debris everywhere that came out of the vents, and I mean everywhere. I then crawled up to look into the attic and immediately saw exposed ductwork that had insulation ripped off due to their installation of the straps. I also noticed a area of ducting that was not even replaced. I called the owner, Matt and he did offer for a cleaning company to come out but we had already been cleaning up the mess due to the fact that we had no other option, we live here. Matt also said he told his technician to tie into the existing duct as it was to low for him to get to. If that's the case then why am I paying for all duct to be changed out if they were only going to to change most of it. The company ultimately came out the next day to "fix" everything. They put some Stucco on the wall and supposedly fixed all the issues in the attic. If I hadn't have looked in the attic to check their work I would have never known that it wasn't much better than what they took out. They even used the old straps until they came out the second time. Never once did they offer any kind of discount for the inconvenience or mess. Today, 07/18/22 I checked my a/c to make sure there was no leaks. I found a huge handful of insulation that was in there from the installation, picture will be attached if I can. So disappointed with this company. Pictures attached are of their work, not how it was before, also pictures of the mess.

Ken Kelley recommended Upton Air to fix or check my air conditioning unit. My fear was I was going to need a new unit! Nope! There was a leak in the Freon part, Dave, the service man, put in a sealant and 2 units of Freon and saved me TONS OF MONEY! Thank you, Ken! Thank you, Upton! Happy old lady here!
