Yes I used them on June 6. The tech they sent out didn't know what he was doing. Put a new part on because of a lightenig strike. Said it was an electrical problem. Had an electricatrician come out. He couldn't find anything wrong. I had another air tech come out. The tech Tom's heat and air sent out put a part back in backwards and didn't flip a switch right. I went three weeks without air because of Tom's. I will never use them ever again. I think the least they could do is refund my money the whole $284 I paid them for what their tech did. I hope they don't do this to anyone else.

My Technician Chris was quick and responsive. Arrived within 30-45 minutes after I called. Told me exactly what the problem was and got it fixed. He was very professional. Only downfall is the company (not the tech) is way to pricey. Charged me almost $293 just to change the thermostat, and that was with the membership. If I hadn’t done the membership it was going to be over $400 to change the thermostat. It was after hours, and that was a few for that which I was okay with, but almost $200 for a thermostat blew my mind.
Showed up on time. The technician was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and paid attention to details. Dutifully took care of all the repairs. The only downside is, I think the mark up on the parts were a tad more expensive than they should have been.
Very prompt and Courteous technicians appreciate it.

First brand new TRANE AC&Heat, Got here early enough to have the whole install done and running cold air by 3PM. No problems, and the guys left the place like it was when they arrived. I've dealt with this company for Years, can beat their price, service, and kindness. Chris Dolan Thaxton Va
This is our go-to place for all of our HVAC needs. Our AC went out on a very hot and humid day. Mike pulled in our drive within an hour on a Friday evening. He had all the parts with him to fix our AC. They have the best, most professional service of any company I know. Reasonable priced too.
Got out in 30 minutes. Josh was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable explained what was going on. These guys are the best A/C Business in the area for sure
Long story short. My compressor had gone out and after some back and forth they recommended only replacing it instead of the unit. Which I did but fast forward about a month and the outdoor coil goes out. Resulting in even more costly repairs.not only did they somehow miss this during the orginial repair but didn't even mention it at all. So I get a 2nd opinion and they not only found more issues but more leaks missed by the previous. And toms refused any sort of real care or solutions to this. And now I'm out over 3 thousand for a part i can't use at all in this horrid heat wave. Thanks toms for nothing. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Unless you want shoddy work and thoughtless process.

Our furnace died 2 days ago. Called Toms the next day and Brad came out. Very professional. And he walked me through and showed me all of the things wrong with our furnace. We decided to get a whole new system. 2 installers came out today. Josh was one and I apologize for not getting the other young man’s name. Both very professional and exceptionally skilled at what they do. They were done in less than 3 hours. That’s removal of the old system,inside and out, and installation of the new system. And Stephanie helped us through the whole process. Thanks to all who were involved with getting heat back in our home. Outstanding effort,outstanding company.

Outside unit was making a lot of noise, Tom's sent a guy out and he couldn't figure out what was wrong (to be fair, the noise stopped while he was there). He told me just to wait until it stopped working. Well a month later it stopped working and the same guy comes out and tells me he can't get a new fan motor for it and tries to sell me a whole new system. I bought the part online for a fraction of what they told me it would be IF they COULD get it. Wish they had sent out someone helpful.
