Sanders Service was responsive and extremely professional. And Mason Harshbarger, the technician, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable of the HVAC system and resolved our problems.
Chad always does excellent work. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and efficient. I recommend him all the time.

Our technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on with our plumbing issues in a manner that we could understand. He engaged us in the plumbing process so that we could move forward on our own if we chose, or have him come back to install some items. He was quick with the items we needed to replace. I was very pleased with the experience!
Chad came out to help my family and I when one of the subcontractors laying fiber bored through our sewer return line. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Chad also stayed around to talk to the lead of the crew to support us for the claim. I highly recommend Sanders and especially Chad!!

Great visit and communication they took time to answer all my questions bout heating and air service, vent cleaning, and service for my plumbing. I feel very confident that my house will be taken care of for years to come Edit: Another great visit. It’s hot and A/Cs are breaking. Ours broke last night I called left a message and got a call back the next morning. They where able to get us worked in and got our A/C working. Thanks to technician Kaleb for getting us fixed up and taking the time to explain what happened. We are very happy with Sanders

Professional technician came to the house to check on my ac..he was on time,good communication,great knowledge and very courteous..this is a fantastic company and have to give credit to the owner to find great staff ..it's very hard to find good staff in little rock..next time you need any plumbing or air conditioner work I would call sanders thank you 2nd trip to my place to finish installing the coils on my ac unit..they came on time,very professional and everything works perfect...the AC technician had great knowledge Jason and Morgan were quick at replacing the part to fix Thank you again..my house is super cold in this hot summer weather
The service technicians were excellent. Diagnosed the problem and were able to repair the faulty valve. Documented the visit in the computer for future reference. Top shelf service. Highly recommend.

The technician Kaleb was very respectful to my a/c needs. He took his time cleaning my unit. My most impressive moment was when he took his shoes off and put his slides on at the door so he didn’t track anything inside.
Jason and Whit were the technicians who replaced all the copper pipes under my house with flex piping as the builder did a poor job causing numerous slow drips. They also rerouted the hot water piping so now I get hot water within 20 seconds for my shower. They also found some potential issues in my plumbing the builder did not address and corrected them.
Jason and Whit are the two technicians that came out from Sanders plumbing. I want to give Sanders an excellent review for the work that they turn on my waterline and my regulator. The two technicians that were sent out by the owner John McCormick he said they were great technicians and they are, they anre the best. I would highly recommend sander services for plumbing work in the future.
