Do not use. They do half the job then charge you again when it messes up again for the same problem less than 2 weeks later.

Brendan was great! Friendly, fast, and price was very reasonable. Will definitely use again next time I have a plumbing issue.
Grant was great. He shot it to me straight which is what I needed to make the right choices. He explained everything to me and answered my questions with no hesitation. He was very genuine and I felt I could totally trust him. I was very glad I made the call and will be using them from now on.

Again great service. Had a tree root growing into my pipes. Called after close got a call back the next morning about 8am and they were out my house before 11am. Both thought it was gonna be a small temp fix turned out to be a little bigger and would take way more time, but he call boss got some advise and got me back to a temp fix. Able to use the bath again answered all my questions now just need to get the bigger part fixed later on. Which I'll be looking back to them for. Hate having to call but they always get this fixed and never taken more than 24hours between first call and problem solved

These guys did an amazing job. They replaced my entire AC system in just a few hours. They were a little messy and left the inside work area dirty but it was raining outside but they still got it done. It’s only been a couple days but the AC seems to be working perfectly. The new unit is much quieter too! I had several bids for the new system and Precise was very competitive and won our business. I highly recommend this place for any of your air conditioning needs.
If you want top notch professional customer care then this is the place to go! We recently had an issue with our heating unit and one call to Brandon and he sent out Mike and Grant! I can’t say enough about these two young men.. they were professional, knowledgeable and actually cared about us as the customer. They worked and worked and went above and beyond to not only earn our business but keep it! We would recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs. They have a lifetime customer with us ! They deserve 10 stars!

Wonderful experience and absolutely recommend this business! Appointment was easy to schedule and the office was courteous. Our technician Grant was outstanding! He was very professional and friendly and called to give an accurate timeframe for arrival. He was able to diagnose and fix our problem efficiently and effectively. We are so grateful because if gone unfixed we would have sustained damage to the AC unit and water damage in the attack. Thank you Grant and Precise!
