I called One Call today for the first time. It took the technician just a few minutes to find the problem that another company that I have used for years had not found when here less than a week ago. He also gave me a discount! One Csll will definitely have my future business!
One of our favorite things about Sam and One Call Service Group is your calls are answered by someone with knowledge and understanding of your unique situation. NOT an answering service that only serves as a human voice mail service. They are quick, reliable, affordable, knowledgeable and so our owners, tenants and staff are all happy campers!!
We own several properties that are nightly rentals through Airbnb. When the heat and air aren't working it means guests have a bad experience or we have a cancellation. It’s so important to have a trusted team to take these calls and get the work done quickly. One Call ALWAYS gets the job done! We have used these guys for years and wouldn’t call anyone else!
We had the pleasure of having Jake come out and service our AC and he found some issues that will help us save money and inconvenience in the long run. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and explained everything where we would understand it.

I bought a new home in May of 2022. During the home inspection the inspector discovered the furnace was not working. Previous owner called One Call and they replaced the control board. In early December the furnace quit working. I called One Call on Friday the 9th and they said they could have someone there of Saturday. Shortly after the tech arrived on Saturday, he found that the ignitor was not working. The tech showed me the part and gave me the cost to replace it. I approved the cost and the tech replaced it and everything was working. When he came down from the attic, he told me that he had called Sam about my issue and Sam told him that the new control board required a 120V ignitor that comes as part of the control board kit and should have been replaced along with the new control board. Because of that, they did not charge me for the new ignitor and also waived the service call charge. I was very impressed with how honest and fair they were in resolving the issue. I decided that day to take a PM Agreement with One Call and they will be my first call any time I have HVAC issues.

As the maintenance coordinator of a management company, I appreciate the dedication and hard work of this company and the contractors in its employ. They are thorough and communicative. They are also polite and they get things done in a very timely fashion. I would recommend to other other management companies, property owners and renters, alike. One Call is hands down the best HVAC company in Central Arkansas. They're honest, responsive, along with having fantastic customer service coupled with quality. Personally we had them install a whole new system in our house and it was the smoothest and best process I have experience.
