Great staff and very professional.
The owner personally came out to make sure we were taken care of. He made sure to communicate constantly throughout the process and made sure I was always in the loop with what was going on. Will use them going forward.
They were very professional and we in and out in no time. Their 2X a year deal is great because it makes sure you don't forget! I highly recommend!

If you're looking for an honest, shoot you straight, reliable, arrive when they say they will HVAC company, you just found them! We use them to perform our yearly service on our HVAC system, which I inquired them about. Coming from a person with experience in most things mechanical, if you're not doing this you are truly throwing money away. We had to call America First twice on two separate issue's. Once for a compressor and another for a thermostat relocation. Both jobs where done fast, answered all my 8,000 questions, and left us actually feeling like we didn't get left high and hot! Great group of people, quit reading this and call them already.
I was with them for about 5 years under the seasonal maintenance contract. I always had trouble getting them to come out for regular service. They replaced one unit (I had to pay), but they won't come out and service any more. Beware! If you call, they will enter your number and say they will call you back, but if they don't want to come out any longer, they will not call you back. Then they won't pick up the phone if you call because they recognize your number.
Have used multiple times in the past and have always gone above and beyond to both fix my problem and save me money, especially long term.
