Dealing with this company has been pleasurable and they are quite professional, had a small problem with the install but they were back the very next day to make it right.
Airco got a tech out in short order during a time of high demand. Unfortunately my AC was not repairable, but they worked to get me back in the cool as soon as possible with a new AC. They were even able to install it a day earlier than originally planned.
Eric and Drake were very professional. They made sure that the floors were protected. They both explained as they went to make sure we understood what was going on. They cleaned up everything when they were finished. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Everything that Airco advertisements say they can do. They really do Above board especially their installation crew. I can 100% recommend them for your hvac needs.
They were wonderful! From the service call, to the estimate of a new unit, to the financing, to the installation. Everything was done in a timely manner and very professional. We are very pleased.

Way over priced for two pounds of Freon. The maintenance agreement is a waste. No value at all. The tech did a good job. I canceled my contract with this business
I called Airco out because the system had a possible leak. The guy said do you want me to add Freon and I’ll check the system. So I authorized that. It was around 600.00. I let him do that because I thought he would do a leak test. After he put the Freon in, he walked back in the door and I asked him if he checked for a leak and he said no it’s too late in the day to do that so he suggested he come back on Friday . So he spent my money on the Freon and we both knew it was probably leaking so after this occurred I decided that I needed to use a new provider . I called another local company out. They had some kind of lighter looking leak detector and the tech checked the outside coil and that’s where it was leaking . So I was well taken care of by the other company and wasn’t even charged for the leak test . I was informed by Airco that I would be charged 250.00 for the leak test so I declined . Since it was the outside coil that has to be replaced I will be losing my money and have to pay for Freon again . So what Airco charged me for the Freon is money lost. I called and spoke with Ariana the manager at Airco and requested my money back and she refused. I informed her that since all this has happened I would be filing a report with the prosecuting attorney’s office and I will go further than that with filing licensure complaints if needed. I’ve never had anything like this happen to me before . When Mr. Pearce owned the business the service was great an A+ but I’m so displeased with the way things were handled with my AC repair .
You know how you usually get business ads in the mail and don’t always pay attention or just throw them away? Something told me to hang on to the Airco Service business card when we got it, and I am so very glad I did! We ended up needing a whole new unit last year, and they made everything smooth and easy. Everyone we’ve had the pleasure of talking to and those who’ve come to install and service the unit have been the most friendly, professional, and helpful people. So glad to know an honest, dependable company we can count on! I HIGHLY recommend Airco Services!
Jennifer, the technician, was super. She explained everything that was wrong with our air conditioner and explained in detail how she would resolve all the issues. She did an excellent job fixing the issues. She also explained the benefits of having a service contract and we did buy a service contract. She was very personable and you could tell that she really cared about the customer. She also loved her job, which is key in providing excellent service to her customers. Thank you Jennifer ! I’d been paying WAY too high electricity bills using my old and worn out unit. My house really never got cool in the summer. I should have called airco several years ago. The installers were great: fast and efficient, but they took time to answer all my questions and explain everything to me and now I’ve got the app on my phone and can control the temp before I even get out of bed. I have to say, everybody I’ve spoken to at airco has been knowledgeable and professional. Seems like a great company
Brooks did an amazing job for us. He was very polite and efficient. We have to have a whole new unit and he was able to determine that very quick. Would definitely recommend.

Tune up on AC and Hot Water Heater one week later had problem with AC called Sunday before we went to Church they called about 12:15 pm to say they were on their way and just as they advertised the money we paid for tune paid for the problem with AC I would highly recommend
My A/C went out on a very Hot day & Airco sent Justin out on the same day — working around my schedule. He was professional, explained everything & all at a very reasonable price.
