Bought a new 8 thousand dollar AC unit three weeks ago and it's now broken in this 100 degree weather. It's been almost a week now without air. I hear a part is being ordered but I don't know much else. I keep calling and leaving messages for various people. Some of them call back--some don't. The people seem nice enough but I just don't feel like there's someone there who is taking responsibility for this and providing good customer service and assuring me that it's a priority.

They tried to charge me over 500$ for a dryer pipe job that took about 20 minutes and had to be redone by competent workers.

These folks don't care at all if they fix the problem. Many times we have used them and many times they fail to fix the problem. They never fail to overcharge us for the useless trips they make.

We had a brand new hvac installed a few months ago. The first time we tried to use it, it wouldn’t stay on. They came out and there was an issue with safety switch. Fast forward to current- Sometime during the night our heat started cutting in and out. We called and a tech came out. The heat was on when he got here. He spent ten or so minutes looking around and said there was no issue and charged us $220. An hour later our heat went off again. He came back out and this time he checked the gas pressure on unit. It was higher than it was supposed to be (on a unit they installed a few months ago). Because of that it was running non stop and the safety switch was turning it off. The tech said “sometimes the preset gas pressure gets jostled during delivery”. Given that you would think we were refund our $200 right? No. We were charged an additional $175 for the second visit. Completely unacceptable. Do not use this company EVER. All they care about is making money off of you.

We had them come out but they didn't have the part on hand (no biggie, didn't expect that to be the case). 2 days later we were told over the phone that someone was coming and that they had the correct part. No one would show up and we could call asking why. They would say they didn't know. I'm honestly just perplexed. It's fine if you can't come out on time. Just give me a straight answer instead of leaving me hanging for days on end. Will not waste days of my time again.

I am very pleased with Brandon, the plumber that came out to fix the issue I was having with the water supply to my bathtub. He did a wonderful job and I didn't have to spend my life's savings. What a wonderful person, thank you Brandon. Advantage Services is the best, I highly recommend them.

I was driving and had a car or so length between me and the car in front of me as you should. Their driver just comes out of nowhere and cut me off because he didn’t want to wait for a few other cars. Very unprofessional, a great way to be sure you never get new customers, and a great way to cause accidents. Crack down on your bad drivers.

Great service! My unit would not come on so I called, the lady said she wouldn't be able to get someone out the next day. We hang up and 15 minutes later they called back to say they were on the way. I had got a quote from another company that told me I needed to replace a part. Their (advantage) guy came came flipped a switch and voila. Save me Hella cash! Thanks guys!!

Excellent service with an experienced, conscientious technician who communicated all information regarding the repair process. The technician even followed up next day to ensure all repairs would pass city inspection, which they did!

Service was as quick as possible due to parts availability ( very old unit). Service was great. It took 3 service trips. The first trip was on a Sunday after hours to diagnose part had to be acquired from an electrical supply house which was done on Monday morning then the unit experienced some more parts failures the following day and they came out and repaired those failed the items. Unit is running fine now will be seeking a replacement from the same company. I've already talked with the representative about such.
