Great visit with Mr. Watkins when he provided me an estimate on replacing my heat and air system. Have not made a decision yet, though. Waiting on input from my family.🙂
Responded to service call quickly. The service tech knew exactly what to do. Good 5 minutes max.
Service was quick & service person was polite & efficient but too expensive for work done. Hooked up existing gas line to outdoor grill for $182.00. Medical prices.
The Bud Anderson guys are always friendly and professional, they've been out of the house quite a few times this year to help with changes/updates. Today we had Simon out again to work on a few more things. He has always gone above and beyond every time he’s come out to the house. He always to takes the time to go over everything and makes it easy to make the choices that are right for my needs, can’t say enough good things and him and the rest of the Bud Anderson crew.
Well hey was going to call and ask for a supervisor. But this is convenient so please express how grateful we are for his service today. He was patient, thorough, understanding and communicated well. We are in FL on vacation and my 80yr old Mother-in-law was home with a broken AC unit. Long story short I know he was "just doing his job" but not only did he fix the AC, but he understood our particular situation with not being there and got us squared away. The level of stress he lifted from us is immeasurable. I retired from the service Army in 2020 and my family and I are on our first real vacation. Please from the bottom of our hearts let him know he did more than just fix an ac unit today and we could not be more appreciative. -The Dormer's

Eduardo Gomez: 1. Professional and understanding of our needs and concerns. 2. Knowledgeable about product. 3. Great representative of your company. After talking to Eduardo about repairing an old unit we decided to replace it and another unit of the same age. He handled these transactions and without any problems was able to set us up with what we needed.
As usual, the a/c went out over a holiday. Bud Anderson was super busy and managed to have a technician out the next day! Super nice, professional young man. Thanks Karson! We are now on contract with Bud Anderson!
This was for a quote on a new air and heating unit. I was a little shell shocked on the quote, but Joe was very professional and helpful. He’s the guy to go to for your quotes and questions.
I had Brandon Powell replace my blower motor that locked up. He was very nice and showed me what was wrong. Told me step by step of what he was doing and he didn’t mind me watching him do it. Glad I had him fixed it. All an all super satisfied with his work.
We called and got on the books for two days out, but they were able to get Jamie out to us later the same day! He was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Really great guy. He got us taken care of and we signed up for their yearly maintenance program.
